This distillery developed a finishing technique that takes out all the "bite" of liquor and leaves the best properties of the alcohol with the smoothest taste and finish. Ricky explained the history and the process. I had a Moscow mule and it was very refreshing. The tour of the facility was really cool. The process is so neat. A bottle of bourbon to take home was priced right at $40. Great service and all-around great distillery!

This is a wonderful out of the way place to enjoy a cocktail with their liquors while hanging with friends or watching a game in the afternoon or early evening. Their hours are limited, but it's a beautiful space and a nice place to chill. The staff is great. They remembered my drink even though I hadn't been there in 6 months.

We had a great time here in the testing room as well as for the tour of the distillery. No purification or polished whiskey process as pretty neat to see and to take back home. Their product line off the bourbon and the gin is really good too.
