Pavón Coffee Den

I went in for a quick coffee so I didn't take the ambience in too much but the cafe itself is cozy and welcoming. Service was fast as well. I ordered the vanilla rose latte with almond milk. The rose was pretty tamed but the flavor was great! I think the coffee itself is smooth.If you really want to try this place, do consider going on a weekday for parking as it is tucked away in a crowded area. I would recommend this place for coffee though!

Overall good cafe for work and coffee. It has enough power and really fast wifi. I like the modern vibes and the tidiness of the place. It attracts many students and remote workers alike. When it was 10-11am the tables with power plugs were filled up. Why it did not get 5/5 was that:AC is super cold like in 60F and I was looking for a seat that's bearable. I was in shorts and T-shirt on a summer morning. Coffee was okay and turned cold really quickly because of the ACThere were no external screens but the tables were big enough to fit it if you brought your own.

Great spot to study! There is plenty of seating and outlets close to most of the wall tables. The space is really open and not too loud, and wifi worked great too. The matcha latte I had was very tasty, and they have a wide variety of different drinks. Parking is free if you avoid the valet, who will tell you to self-park in the middle of the lot. They also give you real mugs/glasses if you stay there, which in my opinion is both sustainable and makes it taste better. Overall, would highly recommend!

New, spacious coffee shop nestled near the Montrose area and share a parking space between Verde Garden and Katami! The coffee den feels like you're walking into an upscale version of Central Perk on the set of friends. Cozy, warm and inviting, yet fresh and modern to keep things light! Try their house special lattes: ube latte and vanilla rose latte... Their pastries are not made in-house, however, they are delicious and pair well with their coffees. The staff were friendly and attentive and it's a great spot to stay productive and get some work done!

Came to get some studying done w some coffee and snacks. Got the blondie brownie which was solid w strong vanilla flavor and moist texture w crumbly top. The nitro brew was delicious as wellOnly complaint is limited outlets and it was SO loud to the point where noise cancelling headphones weren't enough. I can totally see this place being perfect for hanging out w friends though. There also might've been an event here since most tables seem to know each other when I came so may have just been an off day. Otherwise such a cute venue with lots of seating both inside and outside. Will definitely come back at a later time to see if it gets more quiet as it's too loud to do any substantial work this time around.

Our airbnb was close enough to walk to this great little coffee shop. Loved the coffee and even better it looked beautiful.

The coffee shop's soft opening was a great experience. The seating arrangement was great, providing a comfortable and spacious environment. The open floor plan added to the inviting atmosphere, making it easy to navigate and find a cozy spot. The menu was impressive, especially the variety of pastries available, which paired perfectly with their coffee selection. The open windows allowing plenty of sunlight was a nice touch, creating a bright and cheerful ambiance. They have a free parking lot next door and plenty of street parking options as well. I will definitely come back once they are running fully and update the review with more information. Overall, it's a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and indulge in delicious treats.

Newly opened cafe here in montrose! I heard about this place from a friend and finally decided to go check it out! This cafe is very spacious has plenty of seating inside and out! The service was quick and easy. I ordered a matcha and it was actually pretty tasty, some cafes water it down too much sometimes but this place had it down perfectly! Their pastries were also pretty food and filling! Would def come back here to so some work or meet up with a friend!

Overall a very solid coffee shop. The vibes are cool inside - warm and inviting energy. Service was quick and the drinks were good! Nothing to complain about. They have oat, almond for milk alternatives (no coconut for reference) but loved the walk to get here and the vibes!
