A real authentic French treat. We stopped while visiting Conroe and loved the ambiance, the amazing food and the warm welcome and service. Our dishes came with a delicious side salad with a balsamic reduction and fresh Parmesan that alone would be truly enjoyable. The croissants and other pastries looked well worth another visit. We hope to be back in this area soon.

In the former Flourish bakery and cafe, there rests a new little French pastry and baked goods shop, Paulette. A delicious menu, fresh and hot coffee, the great staff are sure to make this a success. Their prices are similar to Le Madeline, but their options are so much more elegant, refined, and honest. I cannot wait to return.

Great food. Quiche was very tasty! Also had a pizza which was not expected at a French restaurant but it was VERY good! The service was great and loved the French themed decor!

I so wanted to love this restaurant. The café is located at the old Flour-ish Patisserie site across from City Hall. It's warm and inviting and the staff was welcoming. I started with a cup of delicious coffee and ordered a breakfast crepe. I saw it came with béchamel sauce and asked for the cook to go light on the sauce as I'd rather taste the eggs and other ingredients. When it came it had a small container of béchamel sauce and I thought perhaps he prepared it dry. Alas, it must have had a 1/4 cup of sauce in the inside. I could only finish barely a quarter of it. The server asked if everything was ok and I reminded her that I asked to go like in the sauce. She replied that she had told them that, apologized and went to the counter to restock and arrange bottles. I finished my coffee and left. I only hope that if the owners read this review they take note of the failing.

Oui, oui!!! This place is fabulous! You cannot go wrong with any selection you make. We have quiche, crepe, Croque monsieur, and pastry. They serve a Parmesan mousse with their entrees which is phenomenal. Don't miss out! This place is the best!

What a lovely hidden gem! I had no idea how spectacular this family owned restaurant is. The food is 5 star! One day we accepted an invitation from our sweet friend Rossy! We are so HAPPY to report it's our go to for the most delicious breakfast. The country French has it all. Talk about generous portions!! So heavenly tasty- it melts in your mouth & fills the soul. The ambiance is beautiful and welcoming. And then there's the owners Natalie & Jerome. They embrace their guests with genuine kindness & appreciation! Thank you! The other GIGANTIC 5 star goes to their daughter Paulina. What excellence in service & hospitality, her sweet smile, charm & beauty adds to their success. Easy to meet and fall in love with. Please please support this business. I so promise you, You'll be glad you did. Your stomach will thank me!! lol.. Molly, Manny & Rossy!

4 stars for food. 3.5 for service. Located downtown Conroe so be mindful of one way traffic. Parking on the street. Nice location. Small space with a few tables. Great desserts - regular croissants, chocolate croissants, berry tarts, etc. good cappuccino. We came back for brunch. Paulette's basket is a selection of bread with jam or honey. Very good. Nordic crepe was good but a bit saucy. Country French breakfast was good. Nice portion. Service was stellar first time (think was the owner?). Service second time could be better. Staff was not very attentive. Took a while to get her attention for condiments, then the bill.
