Food was excellent, sweet tea was perfect, margaritas were on point, our waiter was good seeing as the restaurant was packed. Typical Mexican restaurant decor but I love this place.

I loved the Birria tacos the first time. To die for! Next time totally different- and no one would wait on us. Sooo Disappointed bc we are frequent fliers there! I had to keep getting up to get napkins, and flag someone down!?!? and it was not busy at the time.

Colorful spot! Vibrant blues, greens, pinks and yellows on the walls, hanging from the ceiling and decorating the booths and tables. Obviously a Livingston resident fan favorite based on the number of cars in the parking lot for Sunday lunch. Upbeat Mexican music greeted us at the door, and a hostess quickly seated us, even though it was indeed a busy place. Chips and salsa arrived pronto. Salsa is excellant. We tried fajitas and carnitas tacos. Both were great. Final info: I would suggest a Corona instead of a margarita-just not all that.

You have a 50/50 shot at good food and service. Went for dinner, food was excellent and service was great. Went back a week later for lunch and got the exact same food. Only this time the chicken was dry and chewy and the service was lousy. Had to ask another server for more tea and my check. Haven't been back since.

Wonderful!! From the moment we walked in the door the service is great! Welcoming. Clean. Friendly.Accommodating and overall Great Service! Our waiter was wonderful! Food was great! Margaritas Amazing!! I highly recommend! Thank You Julio for the great service!

They have good lunch specials and they come out crazy fast. I had the lunch fajitas for one and they were good but the tortilla soup was fantastic. The servers were quick with refills or whatever you needed.

Finally, a Mexican food restaurant that really serves their hot (fire heat) food really hot, the way it should be. Thank you. The service was excellent. Shortest wait for food at a sit down restaurant that I have had maybe ever. The prices for lunch are reasonable. The portions overly large for a lunch portion. Since we were just passing through, it may be awhile before we return to the area. But if the opportunity arises we will eat here again.

Things are going downhill fast at Patron's. Prices going up, portions getting smaller, service is subpar and food is 'TV dinner' quality. I've been going here steadily since it first opened. NEVER AGAIN.

If you live in the Lake Livingston area, this restaurant is a staple as everybody loves coming here, and they have great food and drinks! My family and I usually come here every other weekend on Sundays after church. The service is excellent and attentive, and you get your food fast! I highly recommend this place if you have yet to be here.

We moved to the Livingston area in May of 2023 and initially found Patron Grill to be our spot. We've enjoyed patronizing their establishment, but over the course of the last year, it's declined. I would have easily rated a 5 when we first discovered it, but it's dropped in my opinion. Lots of flies in the restaurant, the bathrooms are always a mess, the food doesn't come out right and the quality of the food has dropped. I know they can do better and I hope they see this review and realize they can.
