Probably the best food court option in ATL Concourse B.I came here because the other options are too common and I wanted some solid food at a good price. When you come here, expect a line because it is pretty popular during rush hour at the airport. But, the wait is worth it. Lots of southern food menu options. I opted for the chicken tender meal to make it easier to eat while sitting outside the gate. The food is hot and the sides are fresh. Highly recommended option if in this terminal.

Never in my life did I think I would rate a restaurant at the airport but here we are. It's in the middle of Terminal B which is pretty busy but it's worth it. I ordered a salmon, egg and cheese sandwich. My GOODNESS!! It was amazing. The salmon wasn't dry, they weren't stingy with it. It was seasoned to perfection. The avocado was fresh, the eggs didn't taste like they were powdered they were good. This sandwich was AMAZING: they give you a side of fresh potatoes and they had the perfect amount of sea salt. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. This sandwich was amazing. I hope my flight back gives me enough time to visit again.

Pros:Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance was an airport cafeteria, but I always love the Atlanta airport. Food was amazing. Just what I needed after a week in Japan. Good Southern food. Cons:No cons. They were out of a certain piece of chicken, but you can negotiate to get a good outcome on your plate.Tips:Get anything. It was all good. But whatever you get, get an addition side board of sides. Sides are always the best.

T and I have eaten at Paschal's in Atlanta many times. Besides the civil rights significance of the restaurant, the food is really good. My husband made a beeline to Paschal's when he spotted it in Hartsfield Airport's food court . I conversely went to the yechy place in the neighboring stall. But enough about me."How many stars?" I asked T. A whopping five for Paschal's. I piddled along with my 1.5 star meal. (All right! Enough about me.)He compared Paschal's mac and cheese to that which his southern mother made. (My mother's equivalent was lucshen kugel!) His icy cold sweet tea was apparently as good as his grandmother's. (I washed my meal down with tepid water leftover from the flight.). The fried chicken he said, was as good as Paschal's in town. (The vegetables constituting my meal were as good as um ..... Swanson's TV dinner.)So that's a recap of our respective meals. Can't wait till I'm home!

I landed in the familiar Atlanta Airport after over a week overseas, and the first thing I wanted was delicious Southern cuisine in the way only Atlanta can make it. So I did some digging on the best food in the airport, and I found Pascal's. The menu was exactly what I was looking for. Ambiance was normal for a counter service airport, service was also normal, let's get to the food. We got an order of the 1947 Fried Chicken 3 Pieces and a 4 Choice Vegetable Plate, because at places like this, the sides are the true star of the show. Chicken was bomb, of course. Fried crispy crispy and moist and juicy inside. Perfection. The cornbread muffins we got were crumby, but just moist enough to hold together. Good stuff. As for the sides, no complaints. The mac 'n' cheese was ooey gooey, with a nice crisp cheese crust mixed in throughout. Okra was fried just about as well as the chicken was. Very nice mash, green beans, and literally the perfect cole slaw. Chopped nice and fine, just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I'm so glad I found this place. It's absolutely what I needed after 10 days of Japanese food. Thank you, Pascal.

Very good soul food for "fast food", mac n cheese didn't "look" spectacular but boy was that a pleasant surprise! It was delicious! If I had time to go back for that, I would have! The greens & cornbread were a match made to marry LOL! THE chicken ( I did one fried & 1 baked) was perfectly seasoned & cooked! The cashier spoke so fast I had to ask for repeat, the server seemed slightly annoyed at my delay in choosing but maybe thats just airport "life"...hurry up and go! Either way, don't miss this spot in the corner! Definitely Southern comfort food!

Such a great option for airport food at ATL! Right away, I was impressed by the Southern hospitality exuded by the helpful staff. The fried chicken was so flavorful and crispy. The only disappointment was that they were out of a lot of types of chicken, like drumsticks. But it was all delicious. The slaw is also the opposite of bland, and the yams had an interesting spice profile- tasted like cloves or similar- very good. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the mac and mashed potatoes. Cornbread was a bit dry, maybe because it was an odd mid-afternoon time. I couldn't believe some people were getting Wendy's when this delicious place was right across the way! Would definitely return.

If you have time and are near Terminal B, their fried catfish is worth the cook time, in my humble opinion :)My flight had a 1.5 hour layover in ATL so I stopped to get food before my next flight. The particular time of day, there wasn't a crowd of folks getting food so luckily my wait time wasn't that bad at all. The friendly employee took my order and she double checked that I didn't have to run to catch my next flight. I was very politely told that it would take 8 minutes for my fried catfish. As I waited, the cashier also assured me that my connecting flight is only one stop away from Terminal B, on the short train ride.I made a quick phone call and before i knew it, my fried catfish was ready!! Yes, this is in a Food Court. Yes, airport prices are high. But don't get it twisted, their fried catfish is tasty! Their collard greens were fresh and the black eyed peas were good too. This wasn't my first time getting catfish here, and it won't be my last. Their desserts are good too!!

I felt like I won the lottery when I spotted Paschal's on my layover in Atlanta. I arrived in that gray area between breakfast and lunch, so there was not much left on the line as the staff was switching out the food. I ordered a catfish and grits platter just as a fresh pan of peach cobbler was hitting the warmer, and ordered a side of that as well. The peach cobbler was fire! I had the first serving, so it was perfectly balanced with breading and filling and was piping hot. Yum. The catfish was also good-well seasoned. The grits were just ok. They were a little cold and needed some doctoring.

By the low bar of airport food, Paschal's stands out by actually caring about the quality of their product and maintaining their reputation as an Atlanta institution.Fried chicken (earlier visit) was great, and the biscuits in the morning are flaky and buttery.Subtracting a star because it appears their food boxes are coated with PFAS
