This is the second time my wife and I have been to Paris Banh Mi and both times the experience has been phenomenal! The staff are friendly and helpful, there are tons of menu options including Korean hotdogs, plus their baked goods and cakes look so appetizing (though I have yet to try them). Both times we asked for recommendations and the staff member helping us cheerfully obliged. The first time we got the crispy pork belly sandwich which is still my favorite of the ones we've tried, but today we tried the chicken teriyaki and the pork meatball sandwiches and both are delicious! It's hard to pick which was better, but I think the pork meatball edged it out for me just because I generally like pork more than Chicken, but either one is amazing. The butter mayo and other sauces on the sandwiches, along with the cilantro, peppers, pickled carrots and radish all work together to make an incredibly balanced and delicious bite. 5 stars, if you haven't tried Paris Banh Mi yet you need to. Also the passion fruit juice with Boba is great.

There is finally a banh me worth the price point in Denver. Is it the best one here? Not really. Is it worth it? Definitely yes. This chain/franchise has branched out into Aurora with a new storefront that has plenty of open natural light in a slightly run down plaza. They have bakery goods, bubble tea/smoothie options, and the banh mi on a freshly baked long skinny baguette. The bread to content ratio is great. And best of all you can get a few things for the price of one usual banh mi in the rest of town. I hope it stays this way.

The stripmall on Sable a bit south of 6th (already containing such gems as La Familia, Ma Ma Olivia's Pizzeria, and Carniceria Compare) has just gotten a bit more multicultural with a branch of the storied Vietnamese sandwich/beverage chain, Paris Bánh Mì.Shortly after their grand opening, I stopped by with the intent of trying one of their signature sandwich specialties, but found myself in quite a quandary after perusing the available options. Did I want something on a baguette, croissant, or bun? I pondered the possibilities for a moment before realizing that was the easiest part of my decision. Simply put, all of the filling choices sounded delicious, from Chả Lụa (bologna), to Gà Xé (shredded chicken), to the Chay (vegetarian) sandwich based on Mì Căng (seitan). After much deliberation, I finally settled on the Bánh Mì Nem Nướng, based on a classic dish from southeastern Vietnam (specifically Khánh Hòa Province). The moist, shallot-and-garlic scented grilled fatty pork meatballs went remarkably well with the Đồ Chua (pickled carrots and daikon), crisp cucumber, spicy jalapeño peppers. and herbaceous cilantro stalks all tucked into perfectly pillowy bread. But naturally, sandwiches are just a small part of the picture at PBM, so let's bring things into focus a bit more.In addition to savory selections, the chain is of course also known for its sizable drink roster. Its signature offering, Paris By Night, will be immediately familiar to fans of the Tiger Sugar chain and its specialty, Taiwanese-style brown sugar milk tea. But in fact, one of my favorite drinks here is one that flies a bit under the radar - Trà Atisô (artichoke leaf tea). Now, don't turn your nose up like that - not only is it light and refreshing (especially with the squiggly cubes of Sương Sáo (grass jelly) that are included), but it's also very good at helping regulate gastric and liver functions - just to name two examples. But y'know, that handily reminds me that I haven't even begun to discuss PBM's sweet offerings. Perhaps one of their macarons (at least eight varieties are available at any given time), or a parfait of white, milk and dark chocolates, or even a humble cinnamon bun will tickle your particular fancy. I guess you'll just have to stop by and see for yourself, won't you? Anyway, I hope this initial foray has been helpful. Cảm ơn!

Stopped by Paris Banh Mi with my folks on the way to the airport because nothing says in-flight snack like banh mi (iykyk). The banh mi were hot, fresh, and so quick, not to mention the price point was solid and the workers were super friendly and accommodating. This place is definitely my new ride-or-die for banh mi in the Denver/Aurora area, especially when rushing to catch a flight. 10/10 would abandon TSA to come back!

I was very surprised by the boba combinations offered. They were unique and tasty. I went for just the banh mi, not knowing they also had Korean corn dogs, cake, and pastries. I'll go back next time and may take advantage of their buy 5 get one free deal. The place is also clean, modern, and fresh.

New, clean banh mi cafe and bakery cafe. Baguette, bun roll and croissant options for sandwiches. I settled on the baguette. I had the S1, 4 meat supreme sandwich. Freshness of bread and veggies, and flavor of meat and condiments were excellent. I will definitely return to try their several sandwich options. Friendly and prompt service. They also have a variety of, tea, boba, slush drinks, desserts, ice cream and gelato.

Super cute, clean, chic little cafe. Friendly staff. Fun music. I got an order of shrimp spring rolls, roasted pork belly croissant sandwich. It was delicious and unique because I've never had a bahn mi on a croissant! Perfect for a light lunch with the same delicious punch of flavor. Also ordered an original milk tea with brown sugar boba and the Paris fruit tea with popping boba. Got everything for under $30. Great price. Absolutely delicious! I'll be back!

Great banh mi! I had the thit nuong and it was so tasty. Won't need to drive all the way to Federal to get my banh mi fix anymore. Service was fine. Clean and lots of open space but only a few tables/chairs. Big parking lot so no issues there.

A bit disappointing when I came in. Firstly, I was greeted by a rude employee (honestly she shouldn't be working there with that attitude). She stated rudely to multiple customers "we don't have the spring rolls, come in earlier if you want some" as she rolls her eyes. Next the food came out decently fast. I got three banh mi's along with a thai tea boba. The boba was hard so there was no point in getting it lol and the thai tea was extremely sweet. The banh mi's were nothing special. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed coming from an actual Vietnamese woman.
