Papa's Subs & Pizza

May 2022- customer service was not good. The guy behind the counter gave my pizza to someone else ( a kid sitting outside on the bench). The kid come in to say he got the wrong pizza when he had already opened it as I walked in. The guy behind the counter said I could take that one or make a fresh one. I said forget it. As I walked out I said you should be more careful and not mess up orders like that. This pissed me off as it wasted my time to go there and it's not the first report of carelessness!

Our experience at Papa's Subs & Pizza was just okay. We placed an order online for pickup and it was ready on time. We chose a garden salad, large pepperoni pizza and large greek classic pizza. I wasn't huge on the specialty pizzas only being available in a L, XL or XXL size and starting at $16.99 and up but it's a good option for a larger group. I also didn't like that a side salad wasn't available and that thousand island wasn't a dressing choice online (we had to pay extra for a side of it). In the end, the price paid for what we got was not worth it. I would recommend ordering one of their deals if you want to try this place. The menu is quite extensive so I'd return to try a few other items. On an unrelated note, the specials sign in front of the restaurant had weekdays only written very small under the hours. I wish that it was a tad larger to avoid confusion.

Stay away! Stay very far away! We never did get our food but customer service is non-existent. Apparently our pizza was given to a delivery Sri eat but they didn't tell me while I was waiting for my food. It was only when I asked where my food was did the owner admit the mistake. At this point they hadn't even attempted to make a replacement. I seriously think they were going to give me the pizza that they gave to their delivery driver. I then asked for my money back since I ordered online. Then the kid working the counter tried to short change me by a dollar!!! Save the grief and go to Acme. They admit their mistakes and make things right - unlike this place!!! Stay away!!!!!

really good pizza! for some reason the cheese kept falling of but over all it was a great friday night dinner with my family! its also right by my neighborhood witch is amazing!

I love this place! If you're looking for pizza, try the Chicken Bacon Ranch... if you're looking for sandwiches, go for the beef Philly Steak (ask for extra cheese!) Don't forget the fries!The owner and staff are super friendly... don't be afraid to ask them if they have something off the menu... something is always cooking in the kitchen!Got catering from them many times and food was always on time and great quality and quantity.

Papa's is the best pizza place in NC. It has been my family's go-to for as long as I can remember. My favorite pizza is the chicken bacon ranch, it is such a unique and delicious flavor that I have not found anywhere else. Their menu is also quite diverse and fits a wide range of tastes. The staff are so nice and service is pretty fast. I would definitely recommend papa's to anyone looking for a bite to eat.

I've been reconnected this place by friends as it's halal. I've tried this place twice and I was told 20 mins and I always wait 2x or 3x. Both timed it was not busy. The food is good at least but service was low.

The pizza is outstanding... I don't eat pork and they have many alternatives that hit the spot. I travel 40 minutes to eat from here whenever I get the chance. Great environment to enjoy a slice or two.

Great cheap pizza and such can't beat the price! Took me too long to find this jem in Holly Springs
