Papa Murphy's

We really like this place. The ingredients are always fresh. I especially like that they make and have packaged salads available to take.

I've been a Papa Murphys fan ever since my parents introduced me to the one they go to in austin. The pizzas are delicious. The cheese is great and everything is so fresh and tasty. You cook them yourself at home so you are free to add anything you want on them. And as extra bit of fun the have holiday themes one such as a heart for Valentine's Day and a jack o lantern for Halloween. And there are always coupons available. A+

Every time I go here when I am home visiting my parents I have issues. This past time I had one of my pizza's made wrong. They charged me for extra sauce even though I spent a fortune. In Washington State I never pay for extra dipping sauce. The dipping sauce they gave me was marina for pizza. I complained about it and they said that they usually have it out for 2 or 3 days and that it could just be a different batch. The picture's Papa Murphy's posts, or what I get in Washington State, of their cheesy bread dipping sauce was no where close to what they served. Then, their was a guy cleaning with chemicals very close to where people were currently making pizza. The staff wasn't pleasant either time.

So happy to be living close to a Papa Murphy's. You can always get exactly what you want and then some. Perfect Tue night specials.

First time at this location but pizza was great especially compared to nearby alternatives. Ingredients were fresh and they dont scrimp on ingredients. Was ready at the promised time.

Super disappointed......Placed an online order at 3:52 for a 2 pizza pickup to be ready at 6:15 for a birthday party. Arrived at 6:15 and they hadn't even seen my order yet....or any of the other five people that were there for online orders. Only two girls working that worked at a snails pace. Then they got nervous and dropped pizzas making everyone wait even longer. They didn't have change for the poor guy in front of us that tried to pay for his pizza with a $20 bill! Didn't end up walking out of the store till 6:40. Line out the door of people waiting on a Monday evening Cmon guys, get with it and get organized! Where's the management?!!! You have a waiting room full of upset customers right now!

Not so good in my opinion.heard lots of good things about quality taste etc...a better pizza fresh can be had for half the price at heb.not reccommended

Sign on door stating owner has ceased operations when we stopped by to buy a pizza tonight.

The customer service has gone down the toilet. As of 1649 on 01-Dec-18 it really blows. Don't think that I will be back. The cashier was like Whiskey Tango Foxtrot do you want, you are interrupting out meeting with Mary Jane.

Updated review-while in the past I had written a glowing review regarding the reliably good pizza, particularly the veggie gourmet-this is the second time I have experienced significant delays in promised order time vs when the pizza is ready. The issue appears to be the management as the employees generally are good natured but it's clear they don't have enough people on at key times. When I ordered they said it would be 15 mins, I ran some errands and showed up 1/2 hour after the original order and they just told me it will be another 20 minutes before it's ready!We may give them one more try at some point in the future and if the timing is still bad they will have lost a loyal customer. Hoping that's not the case! Order early is my current recommendation or skip and just go to Mod pizza across the street!
