For the price of $4.50 this place needs to step up Their taco game ! The tacos are horrible ! Their salsa is water down and has no kick . Food was cold . How can a place mess up on coffee ? The coffee isn't even good !

One time I tried this place about 3 years ago and thought it was good... now I realize I'm not sure what I was thinking. It's been 3 years because they don't have dinner hours. So I just happened to be in the area around breakfast time this time and decided to give it a try. Yuck! There were 3 hairs in my food, the carne guisada had no guisada, the papas were basically undercooked French fries, I had no room in my coffee to add creamer, and the water tasted awful. Oh and the service... once we got our food it was non existent. There is other Mexican in the area that is far better. I won't be back. I hope, however, they invest in hairnets because that is just disgusting.

First time eating here and I was not disappointed. Real homemade flour tortillas. I had a barbacoa taco and I love that it wasn't greasy nor did it have lots of fat. I also had a breakfast taco that was really good. Will be returning for dinner in the future. Friendly service and clean environment.

Wait at window was extremely too long before even placing order. Food was not even ok, very bland , not seasoned at all and OVER PRICED for the quality of meat they use. My thing is, if you are buying prepackaged food from Sysco, uh you still have to season it. I will not be going back to this establishment and will not recommend it . Then the older man who collects money had charged me an extra dollar. When I asked for a printed receipt, he said " oh, I think I charged you wrong and gave me a dollar back. So if I hadn't asked for receipt, they would have NEVER given money back. If you do happen to go, GET YOUR RECEIPT! Had to leave a least 1 star here,

Love me some PapaMex!This is my absolute go-to for breakfast tacos when visiting the Texas homeland!The big debate has ALWAYS been Papa or Bob's, and I'm sorry but Papa wins every single time, just something about their tortillas, the hot sauce and just the overall experience. PapaMex has never changed, always great!

Huevos Rancheros with no bacon and jacked up fries, I will not be back and on my day off Saturday. You guys need Mexican potatoes and at least a peace of bacon. I left me food halfway eaten.

Tried this place for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The service was OK, but a little sparse. The real problem here is the food. We tried the Huevos Americanos Breakfast and the Huevos a la M3exicana Breakfast, and they were both just bad! The papas were nothing but barely warmed frozen French fries, the meat was greasy, but not as greasy as the cheese. Everything tasted kind of old, too. There are much better places in town, so avoid this one.

So fist off it's Sunday morning, when I got here they were busy, lots of customers. I did not have any trouble finding a place to sit with my Son and I. The service was great, we sat down and with in a few minutes we got our drinks and order taken. Shortly after we got our food (about 15 minutes wait) so A+ on the service. I ordered the Menudo which was full of meat! They did not skimp out like most places that just serve juice. I think personally it could use a little more flavor, but everyone's taste buds are all different. The one thing that for sure THAT WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK! ARE THE FRESH HOME MADE TORTILLAS!!!! OMG! The breakfast tacos, barbacoa are the best. No surprise why these guys are always busy. Come check it out they have a very nice comfortable setting and you leave satisfied! Good job papa mex! Over priced and then charged even more when I took the food to go! Portions are small and the taste is Ok. Try to avoid this place if you can. Owners are very stuck up! Not polite al all.
