Wow 30 min late cold and rude Tremaine the manager seemed to be put out that I called and had a problem with the service. He said he would remake or give back my money. They are busy is the reason it's cold and 30 min late. I asked who's fault is that I didn't do the scheduling. Some more back and forth that didn't help. Was quoted 40 to 50 min. 90 min later what a joke. I asked for a gm to call me silence came over the phone aske when that would happen he said he would call her and see

I came in with a take out order and they couldn't find a couple 20's and a couple 10's in their drawer for change. What pizza place doesn't have change? Wouldn't take my 100.00 bill. Pretty sure that's illegal not to take original form of currency for payment. They also had no sign at all saying they didn't accept 100.00 bills. Never going back. Mom and pop are the best way to go especially during these times.. Manager wouldn't even come speak to me. Good luck with your future orders if there is an issue.

It is a shame that you have to give a restaurant at least one star. We have ordered three times from here in a year--orders accurate: none. Most recent attempt the driver didn't show up. Recommend: order somewhere else

Constantly had some of the worse experiences with this pizza place. The pizza's always arrive 15+minutes later than they tell you and often are not even warm. Last order I made, I waited for 1 hour before calling back asking about the status of my pizza. I was told that my order had been voided for no reason, I did not receive an email or phone call. Apparently the delivery man purposely lied about having arrived to my house and nobody came to the door, he didn't even call me. I can confidently say I am NEVER ordering from this place again. Worse and most frustrating costumer experience of my life, they don't care about their consumers.

We ordered a large meat pizza only to see a pizza with Only mostly cheese and barely any meat. We ordered through the app and it had zero updates. Our order was ready when we drive there, but seriously, the pizza is just a disappointment. Never coming here again. Money wasted!!!

Ok so I know that many people post reviews only when something has gone wrong and not when things are as expected. So I want to start off by saying that we like Papa John's compared to other chains. We had a location literally 3 minutes from our house but for some reason that shut down so we now choose to drive 15+ minutes to get to this one on Spring Green. The quality is quite good so no complaints there. The minor annoyance I have had is that I usually ask for square cut when ordering carryout from this location and I rarely get it. It is not a big deal but I always wonder why ask customers for that choice when ityou don't bother to read what I put there! Today I finally decided to give the lady (manager?) at the counter some feedback. I said I know it's not a big deal but I usually ask for square cut and rarely get it. Could you please just pay more attention to the cut preference in future. It was such a minor point that I thought she would say something to the effect of "Sorry for that and we will make sure to look at it more closely in future." Much to my surprise the first and only thing she said was "We make mistakes because we are all human." Wow! I certainly did not expect that. Needless to say I didn't say anything and took my pizza and came away but it did leave me wondering who is training the folks there (if at all) about customer service. Especially since we drive quite far to patronize that location, I was disappointed to say the least. I wish the attitude was as good as the pizza. We are looking for alternatives closer to home and that's a pity.
