Open til 9:30pm but cannot take orders at 9pm. Told the system is down but appears all the self order iPads were working. Disappointing experience the last two times here. Last visit, I waited at the counter to order while employees watched a video on their phone together for over 5 minutes. Too bad, I love Panera food.

GROSS. If you'd like to sit and eat your lunch in a dirty parking lot behind a dumpster, then go eat here. Absolutely filthy restaurant and kitchen. Yes, the soda dispenser machine was overflowing and it flooded half the restaurant. I'm sure they were getting it fixed but the flood had nothing to do with the rest of the filth. As we sat by the counter, waiting for them to make our sandwich, we noticed the kitchen floor was filthy the counters in which they prep the food had food and spills all over it, and the handful of employees were just standing around idly in the kitchen. It took 25 minutes for them to make one sandwich. The bread was stale. The sandwich was soggy and tasted sour. The charged lemonade - all flavors of it - tasted rancid. Sad - bad corporate management!

The reviews are pretty accurate on this location. I placed an order online and received the message it was ready for pick up. After waiting about 15 minutes in line, we were told part of our bagel order was sold out. I'm not really familiar with their menu, so I had to guess what might be a good substitution. The employees seemed friendly but clueless. The food was mediocre at best and the drinks were terrible. Even with free drinks, it's not worth it to me.

Dry breakfast sandwich, not worth the money.I also bought an awful salad. The toppings on the salad are very chinsy, on southwest chicken salad with 6 thin pieces of processed chicken, other toppings were bare minimum too. What really motivated me to write this review was the ciabatta bread that was included in this $14 salad was ridiculous! I attached a pic of the rock-hard, mangled very small piece of crust slightly more than 1 inch long. Disgusting, given also that the store manager gave it to me at drive thru. Pic'd with my lipstick to show that they were almost the same size.Don't go there, a huge waste of money and time

So very disappointed with my salad today! Ordered the new southwest salad with unsweetened tea. I was going to an event so used the drive thru pick up. When I opened it the lettuce was wilted and brown, tortilla strips weren't fresh. It looked like it was at least a day old if not more. Tea was sweet.
