Had our order delivered by Door Dash. Food order was a mess. My almond chicken sandwich ended up being a lettuce sandwich on bread. The lettuce being old and moldy. The Smokehouse Barbecue Chicken had a dollar size amount of chicken placed in the center of the bread(please see their picture compared to what we received) It was less than desirable. The chicken soup tastes as if it just came out of a can. There was no taste whatsoever. The chicken, what you could find, was dry and tasteless. There was a bread bowl included that wasn't ordered or necessary. When contacting their manager we were notified that they can't refund on a debit card over the phone. We would have to go into the restaurant to receive a refund. Which makes it very convenient for them but not the consumer. It's a sad commentary for Panera. This business has lost its original great care and reputation for wonderful quality food. I won't be going back nor be recommending them to anyone. Can't advise about the ambiance because I have not been In recently. In the past I have noticed that tables are left unattended and not bussed.

Family feast priced at $35 for the one with the cookie but then rang up as $58 dollars. I was upset but did not raise my voice or use profanity. The girl stated her manager was not going to honor the price clearly stated on their website. I asked for the managers name and she refused to give it to me, I asked her name ( rina but I am sure she lied) . She then asked if I was going to get the food or not I told her no and she scream to get the f*ck out / on as she slammed the door shut. She was wearing and blue/ white and grey lettermen looking jacket. I hope this finds its way to the manager so we can have a discussion about your employees treating customers in such a disrespectful way. I am on hold waiting for corporate customer rep.

Staff was rude, an employee was loudly getting scolded in front of customers by I'm assuming two managers, person at register was hella rude didn't even bother standing there to take my order with him went to the Kiosk instead...the only kind person was the Hispanic man giving customers their food, and cleaning up after which I felt terrible but he smiled and was kind. I haven't been here in such a long...definitely won't come to this location. They need grown ups running the restaurant with customer service skills. Least the food was good thank heavens!

This place is AWFUL! Both of our sandwiches had one tiny piece of bacon, neither were warm or toasted as advertised and when we asked for them to be warmed up they said no! $50 for cold half sandwiches with 1 piece of bacon?! No wonder this place has 1 star. They also tore the bread in half, with their bare hands, then just threw it in the bag on top of the sandwiches. She took cash from us, didn't wash her hands, then proceeded to touch the bread and throw it in the bag. Gross!

I need to kill a few hours around this area so I decided to come here for some food and free WiFi. I walked in and placed my order on one of the digital kiosks, grab a water and take a seat. I'm waiting for my food (a souffle and iced mocha latte) and setting my laptop up, and before I knew it, 10-15 minutes pass by and my name was never called.I walked up to the pick-up counter where another group was picking up their food. I tell the guy behind the counter (who couldn't be bothered) that I wanted to check up on my order. He mumbled something about having to talk to someone at the register. Okay.So I walked up to the register where I wait a few minutes because no one is there. A guy who was refilling one of the coffees asked me if he could help me, and I told him my name and my order. By this time, the first guy I talked to slowly walked up to the second guy and gave him a receipt. Okay so you DID have my order then? The second guy grabbed a souffle from the front bakery area and was like, "Well, here's your souffle." So it took literally 5 seconds to grab?Now I'm waiting for my latte. Seeing the other reviews here, I'm not hopeful that I'm going to get it within the next few minutes. Am I going to have to babysit them to make sure it's being made??The souffle itself is delicious. And I'm sure the latte will be fine. But... why... I mean, why?? It's just sad. Yeah... never again.

I spoke to a manager on the phone the day this happened (12/28/2023), and she said that if I come in, she can make another one for me. I kept my receipt and wrote her name on it, and finally went in today (1/9/2024) and told them the situation, showing my receipt. The woman I spoke to wasn't there, but they were very apologetic about it and told me to grab a free cookie as well as getting my free sandwich. They quickly brought out my replacement sandwich and it had avocado on it! I'm very happy with the way they fixed this. Due to other reviews on here, I wasn't expecting it to go so well!

Just to set the context, let me share that my family have been a Panera bread customer for years. But a HORRIBLE and frightening experience at the location by Katy Mills Mall (25546 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77494). At this location we have been dining repeatedly for the last 4 weeks due to an unusual situation since we are staying at a nearby hotel. We noticed service and food quality at this location have been consistently poor; still due to closer proximity to our hotel, we overlooked this less than standard Panera Bread service quality hoping next time it will be better. This morning (11/19/2023) the situation got worst when they messed our entire order up; as my wife told the manager (may be shift leader who would not give her name but says she is the manager), she started being very confrontational, disrespectful, and rudely asked my wife and kids to leave immediately and said, "I am kicking you out and calling cops"!! Cops did come to the store and I explained the incident to the officer. He understood the situation and gave me some good guidance, which I appreciate very much. Katy Officers are great and very understanding. My wife and the kids were in total shock and left. But for now, wanted to share these horrible experiences with others for awareness. This store is run horribly, and the manager is the worst of all. The manager on shift Sunday morning (11/19/2023) would not give her name and anything. She is far from being an employee; not sure how she is manager who has no skills to work with customers and/or maintain food quality. The place is dirty and horrible attitude. Please be aware, they apparently call cops on customers frequently. They will humiliate you in front of your entire family including kids. Horrible experience!!! Stay away from this filthy place.I already reported this incident to their corporate office. Hopefully, they will take corrective action promptly.
