Panera Bread

Im a Panera Bread person; meaning this is my go to place for a quick bite to eat; breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ive been waiting to write this review because I haven't had the best service and I was hoping they would redeem themselves... but they did not unfortunately. This review is only for this location!!!!Ive been here 3 times: once was a drive thru order, 2nd was a rapid pick up and the last one I walked in to order. I always check my order before leaving (cus Lord knows when I get to where im going; im not turning around). My drive thru order was wrong and when I explained I was missing items; the guy seemed to be mad. I paid for items I would like them. My rapid pick up order was the same; missing items and again the same irritated upset response from the store. Third time Im thinking... this will be the redemption, right?!? WRONG!!! Not only did she have a hard time taking my order, she needed a manager to help but I sat there for 10 mins before i hear someone say "You know you have a salad to make?" "No I don't, its your turn"... what?!? After finally getting my order of course it was missing items. My order: Full Greek Salad, no tomatoes, extra olives, add avocado with bread and a cookie. This is literally my salad EVERY TIME! I still like Panera and Ill still go but not to this location. The food has never been an issue; its always been the service Update: As soon as I made this post; I checked my email to find this picture attached to this review. Their system pickup the wait time.

This is a dirty Panera . The restroom was disgusting. The tables were not wiped down and the floor had food particles everywhere. My goodness how does this happen in a major chain. The ship has no captain. The food is nothing to rave about but when you start to look around absolutely nothing seems appealing.

We went in today for some bagels and coffee, and James at the counter was very helpful when we needed help getting drinks. He was polite and quick with service. I didn't catch her name, but also a woman wearing a Panera Catering shirt helped us and she was very sweet.

Can't go wrong on a cold day Even though it's hot right now Panera is still bomb haha

The service is so horrible and management will not take accountability for anything. The employees do not want to be there and it is reflective of the service you recieve

Food was delicious as always. Service was slow. Building was falling apart. The roof was leak

Never coming to this store again! If I could give no stars I would.As this is the second instance that employees have been beyond rude. Today I ordered a grilled cheese kids meal. It was my fault for not inspecting the meal before driving away. However I looked down and saw that it was a kids mac and cheese instead of a grilled cheese sandwich. They also failed to give me a receipt.Realizing this I went back through the drive thru to get my correct order. I also observed what they had charged me for was more than my original order and asked if this was also going to be refunded. I was told to pull forward. I was given my sandwich and when I asked about my refund they told me they had given me a whole sandwich". I still wanted a refund because I felt like they were the ones that messed up my order. And I was told I would have to give back the original mac and cheese they gave me instead to which I did. So the manager opens the window without a hello or how can I help you and says "what's the issue" I explain the issue and ask for my refund. She continues to give me the run around to which I cut her off and ask if I will be getting my refund to which she responds no answer closes the door. Rude! Please do not give this business your money, it will not be getting any more of mine!

never given a review before, but the service was just straight up poor. waited in the drive through for over 30mins with just 1 car in front of us and they still somehow got our order wrong. no apology nothing

literally the worst meal i've ever had in the years i've been on this earth. I ordered a chicken noodle soup, my bowl wasn't even half way filled. There was like 10 noodles in it and the bread they gave me on the side was cold. They gave me fruit that expired the next day too, like dawg what the hell? Why are they even allowing themselves to serve that crap? How are they even open?

Terrible customer service. They don't let you know when your food is ready unless you call them. Also waited in the drive thru and no assistance and you see the workers walking past the window. Manager being a smart ass too. Called to make a complaint and his response is "well there's so many orders" like really? No apology? Terrible! Ordered at 1:20pm and received it at 1:50pm
