Pancho's Birrias Y Mas

We tried the birria dip, et tacos, la tostada, and cucumber drink and EVERYTHING was awesome; prices are awesome; definitely making it my go to for birria tacos but I want to try all their birria options (sandwich, fries, quesadilla, ramen, etc.)

Here I am coming with my review for this awesome and delicious place. The service is on point and the food is everything you dreamed of. You can definitely call before hand for when you are in a hurry. Sundays is only cash! Is a most go place for tacos. The have 2/3 sitting booth by their food truck. If you are not in a hurry you can definitely eat there.

I drive from Aurora to have these tacos & would drive even farther if I had to! The birria tacos are the best I've ever had and I bring friends and family here all the time and they agree. Service is quick and they're always friendly. I've been asking and will continue to ask when they're going to open they're own restaurant because they sure should!

Holy shit. These tacos are amazing, filling, and affordable. I've had the taco dip, which is a birria taco with beef consommé on the side for dipping and drinking and the al pastor street taco. Both have been great. I'll be back next week to try out more of the menu. The birria ramen sounds delicious.

This is my go to spot to get birria tacos and my coworkers as well. Service is quick and staff is nice. I stick with the birria tacos always a solid choice.

Great spot to grab birria dishes. We didn't order tacos since we had quite a lot already during our trip, so we went with mulita and vampiro instead. Vampiro is like a taco except there is a layer of melted cheese between the 2 tortillas (so I guess we ended up eating taco anw). Meanwhile, mulita is a twist of quesadilla - crispy tortilla filled with cheese and toppings. Both are delicious and very well-seasoned.Note that this is a food truck, and there are seatings, just not a lot.

That algorithm got me nice and good throwing nothing but birria tacos in my face and I just HAD to get in on it! Not the easiest task finding some in town, so we drove all the way to Lakewood to find Pancho's Birrias y Mas.No line when we went for a late lunch on a weekday and the food came out quickly. Believe the hype because birria is where it's at! Amazing, juicy beef and that consomme! I really don't know how I'm gonna eat tacos any other way from now on - I mean to dip or not to dip...in that flavorful, delicious consomme... how do you just NOT..??I had to knock a star off of this review because that taco dip price just seemed kinda steep to me - one taco with one big cup of consomme came to $4.75. I've admittedly gone to a couple other birria spots since visiting Pancho's and the price was a little better at both. With that said though, these tacos are just on a whole 'nother level and I would definitely come back if the birria craving ever hit while I'm in the area.

This food truck of birria tacos is also amazing. The only "issue" I have with this place is they're always closed when I go. Not sure what their business hours is anymore because we couldn't figure it out. We would go on different days and different times and they're always closed. Def don't go on a Sunday but it resulted us finding another birria taco place that's really good and cheaper.

4 Stars because the prices have gone up, and now it's so pricey I can't go here regularly. Birria is excellent, as are the nachos and burritos.
