This is your tiny strip-mall bakery which has some of the BEST desserts from Mexico. Their Tres Leches is hands down one of the best ones (also the most authentic) my friend who was born and raised in Mexico also gets her cake here. The flan (they take orders) is authentic, packaged well (think about it for a party, show stopping dessert if you wanted an assortment of desserts). They have cakes on order and decorate them nice. I accidentally walked into their bakery and noticed how cold and well kept the facility was. The regular array of cookies, muffins, pastries tasted and smelled great. My kids, each picked a pastry and loved them both. Prices are reasonable and the parking is ample!

I just want people to know that their flan is phenomenal. None of the other reviews mention it, so I wanted to get the word out.

My husband loves tres leches so I had to get this for his birthday. What made me come here was the fact that they had it pre-ready, and in all sizes. I ordered, then walked over to pick it up within the same 15 minutes. The cake was a hit, he and his friends devoured it. It was truly authentic tres leches. The customer service was very friendly. It was a little difficult to find and understand that the bakery and kitchen were located in different areas, for ordering and picking up, however it was manageable. Because the tres leches was such a hit with its authenticity, and the customer service was great, I'm giving this place 5 stars. I already recommended this place to friends who are now looking for the tres leches!

Fantastic Tres Leches cake (milk cake)! For the uninitiated, tres leches is a Latin American moist cake soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. This bakery carries a wickedly good tres leches cake- not too sweet, very moist, but sweet enough. It was so moist the liquid oozed out at the bottom which was yummy, see pics.My mom would always rave about how she loved having this cake as a little girl. Thanks to my aunt's wedding anniversary, I was able to enjoy this wonderful treat just around the corner all these years. I highly recommend purchasing this cake from the bakery. I think you can ask for a sample to try if you want to purchase.

I'm disappointed, I order a cake for which I paid $98.47. When I went to pick up the cake it had pink stains, (it was supposed to be white) it was brought out the fridge uncovered with specks of dust, and I asked for a lid and they told me they couldn't give me one because they didn't have one. I ordered it almost 2 weeks before the event, and they couldn't let me know or buy one before hand? I didn't mind paying for the lid. Uncovered cake absorbes the smell of the fridge and it dries out.

It's so amazing, my daughter Kimberly loves this place and she says that it had a bunch of traditional Mexican snacks. It has a laundromat which helps me clean my underwear and gets the stains out pretty well. the customer service is so NICE. The cakes are at a reasonable price. I love the staff and everyone just seems so jolly, I just love the vibe and so does my daughter Kimberly. They don't speak English that well but they try. There bread is good but YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO PICK IT. most of these reviews say that there bread is stale but that's simply there fault for not knowing how to pick out stale bread. My favorite bread is conchas and my daughter Kimberly personal favorite is the muffins and doughnuts when there fresh they just make her toes wiggle a little. much love to her and this company.

La Michoacana bakery is the first panadería that we've tried in the triangle. For full disclosure, I grew up on pan dulce having an uncle as a panadero and also growing up in LA.The pan here is... semi-decent. It's not the worst I've ever had but it's also not decent or even the BEST as some reviews have it.The concha was a little bigger than I'm used to and it was lacking sweetness and missing the hint of cinnamon that most concha's carry. The ojo pan dulce was also lacking sweetness. The center part was fluffy but it lacked that traditional flavor. The bread also seemed to have absorbed some of the distinct smells from the store which indicated to me that it wasn't fresh. There were no paper bags to carry the bread out in - instead they were tossed right into a plastic bag - major red flag. All in all not the best Panaderia - but they did have Mexican candy, mal de ojo bracelets, piñatas, Bimbo, Fud, and LaLa products - which are all hard to find and gems in the triangle. For now, will continue searching for a Panaderia.
