‼‼‼‼‼Pallotta's Italian Grill July 2nd "corkscrew ravioli"Since I was in a BBQ state of mind yesterday I stopped to try Phil Nicosia new creation "Corkscrew Ravioli" so they have partnered with Corkscrew BBQ to drop this gem. Although I didn't get to meet Phil yesterday we have spoke several times and I'm definitely excited to here what he has In store next.Review time "Corkscrew Raviolis" 9.1/10 Large cheese-filled ravioli served on a bed of a BBQ cream sauce, topped with locally smoked Corkscrew BBQ Chopped Brisket, caramelized red onions & garlic sautéed with a splash of BBQ sauce, and julienned green onions. Had to get actual description for y'all it's a twist I would have never thought too created so being the foodie I am this was absolutely perfect the BBQ cream literally brought it all together and I mean I don't need say anything about the brisket it was definitely the best choice.Overall: 10/10 it was my first time trying them out and my first meal was absolute an banger. I highly recommend y'all try them out it y'all haven't already

I love their chicken a la palotta! It has the perfect amount of lemon- just a hint. The grilled chicken and the mushrooms are always cooked well and complement nicely. Lately the portions have been getting much smaller and a bit stingy with the amount of sauce though. The chicken parm I ordered to go was tiny and a bit tough. However- I am a huge desert person and lately I've been disappointed. Just got home anxiously anticipating that first bite of cream cheese carrot cake and was very disappointed! The slice was missing a layer and there was a piece missing off the top as well! This would have been fine if it didn't taste dry and terrible. It was like that old left over thing that is in the back of the fridge for too long and wasn't stored properly so it starts to dry out and loses all its own flavor and take in the foul stench of all of the things moving though the fridge since it was plugged in..... disgusting. And it's not cheap! They charged me $10 for that horrible mess! My daughter got the chocolate raspberry tiramasu and that was pretty good- maybe not $10 good but it was alright.

One of the most authentic italian foods you'll find in The Woodlands. Their pastas are incredible! I recently had their featured Corkscrew Ravioli and it was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it! My 2 year old son is not a great eater when we go out, however he loved their Minestrone soup, he finished it all. This was a very healthy choice and filling too.Their service is great as well, we have used their banquet room in years past for multiple events and their service is always excellent.

"ITALIANLICIOUSNESS for LUNCH"While we were in Spring, Texas, my Wife and I wanted to stop in one of our Favorite places, Pallotta's Italian Grill. We did that for Lunch on Thursday. Arrived at Noon and asked for a table along the wall. The Hostess showed us the way and Brandi is our Server. We ordered what we usually do at Pallotta's for our drinks - Jack-N-Cokes. Brandi obliged and returned with our drinks pretty quick. Pallotta's makes our Favorite Drink 'Just-Right'. We toasted as we looked over the Lunch Menu and my Wife decided to order from the 'Before the Pasta' menu, their "La Chac La Bread" (La-Chay-Kla) ' Italian Flat Bread'; Honey Sweet Dough, Basil Pesto, Crack Black Pepper, Garlic, Marie Cheese, Mozzarella, Spicy Italian Sausage Crumbles, Oven Baked, served with Oils & Spices and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. This is for us to share and she ordered a Cup of their "Creamy Tomato Basil Soup": A wonderfully Creamy Soup made with Cream, Tomato, Basil Pesto, Chicken & Vegetable Broth, topped with Croutons & Marie Cheese. Both of these dished are a Must every time we come to Pallotta's. I am having one of their Lunch Specials, "Pasta Limone"; Linguine with Lemon Pavia Cream Sauce, Amber Butter Mushrooms & Marie Cheese. Their Lunch Specials also include a Side Salad and mine is topped with Italian Dressing. Brandi also brought over a basket of their Rolls with that Garlic-Butter. These Rolls are Fresh, Warm & Delicious and Loving that Butter. Soon the 'La Chac La Bread' arrived and we really LOVE this stuff - it's the Best Appetizer (Before the Pasta) 'EVER' - it's like eating a Pizza covered in Oils & Spices before Lunch. Our drinks are finished so we ordered another round, and guess what, they are as good as the first ones. My Salad arrived and it is Cold, Crisp & Fresh with lots of Italian Flavor in that dressing. Soon our Main Food came out and my Wife's Cup of Soup looks Delicious, and it is. She said it was absolutely the Best Soup around and I totally agree. My 'Pasta Limone' also looks Delicious and I must say, this is One Tasty Dish. I Love Lemon Anything and you can really taste the Lemon in this Lunch Special. The sauce is Creamyliciousness and the Mushrooms are just the Right-Touch - and the Linguini is one of the Best Noodles out there. Pallotta's has Five Lunch Specials for you to choose from available Monday thru Friday, 11am to 2pm - and they are All Italianliciousness that only Pallotta's can provide for you. Check-em out on Facebook and On-Line - Ya Gonna Luv It All - Phil also introduces their 'Feature of the Month' and for the Month of August it's; "Tomato Angelina"; Angel Hair Pasta tossed in a Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce with Olive Oil, Garlic, Diced Grilled Chicken, Prosciutto, Julienned Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Crushed Walnuts and Fresh Cut Basil. Served with Garlic Bread - and it's only available the rest of August. We were too full to have Dessert, and Pallotta's has the 'Best Dessert in the World' - "Dominic's Mud" - Pallotta's Specialty (and Phil's favorite) - Made for Sharing!!!4-Layers of Mocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream, Chunks of Butterfinger Candy Bar in between each layer, Hot Fudge & Peanut Butter drizzled throughout the whole thing, with a Nutter Butter & Oreo Cookie Crust. Available in Full Size & Half Size. We have had this several times and it is always a Special Treat. My Wife and I had a great time at Pallotta's enjoying our drinks and lunch. Phil Nicosia was not around at this time due to his busy schedule - we will catch him next time. Brandi earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award as she and the other Staff members always do - and loved it. On the way back to our Hotel and get ready for another outing in the evening - we enjoyed another Beautiful Spring Day - even as hot as it is it is Beautiful. Love You Baby, Bunches and PallottasMunches.

We had an early family dinner at Pallotta's on a Saturday afternoon. The kids wanted pizza & us adults wanted pasta. Pallotta's filled that niche. To begin, we had the Garlic Bread with mozzarella. It was delicious & everyone at the table loved it. The kids split a cheese pizza for their main course. No leftovers, they loved it. The wife had the 18th Amendment. It was just as the menu described. Touch of sweet with the Pavia sauce. I had the Shrimp Brochette. Shrimp was cooked spot on . The Pavia sauce was delicious. The peppered bacon that was sprinkled on the dish was slightly over cooked but the complete meal was delicious as I didn't leave anything on my plate. Being our first time to visit, we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

When my Dad cut into the Chicken Parmesan, it was raw. The owner said this was a distributor issue, it was "Wood Chicken"... I have never heard such a lame excuse. Go to Olive Garden yelpers.

This is a great place to come for their lunch menu. The service is quick, and the lunch menu is pretty expansive. There is something for everyone. But, I always enjoy the fried ravioli.

Pallotta's was good, but I wish I could give it another half star for a 3.5 rating overall. Service was fast & friendly & the ambiance inside the restaurant was ok, but this restaurant has I-45 for a front door & that much highway noise is just not very appealing. Also (I feel this way about Italian food in general), Italian food is the same 5-6 ingredient prepared different ways. I wish there was more variety. It was good quality overall, there was just very little menu variety. In the end, I would go back to Pallotta's if I were invited by a friend because it was good, but I probably won't choose to go there on my own for my next date night.

Pallotta's Restaurant Review My wife and I were looking for a nice Italian dinner and decided to try Pallotta's based on their reputation for chicken parmigiana. Unfortunately, our experience left us disappointed. We both ordered the chicken parmigiana entree. The chicken was extremely rubbery and lacked any flavor - it was almost inedible. The sauce was clearly not homemade, tasting like it came straight from a jar. As someone who enjoys home-cooked Italian meals, I was appalled that a restaurant would serve chicken parmigiana of such poor quality. While our waitress provided excellent service, we could not finish more than a few bites of the large portions we were served. We felt it was only right to tip her 20% for her good service, but had to send back over 90% of our plates untouched. A restaurant's reputation is built on consistency and quality of food. I cannot recommend Pallotta's based on our experience. For those seeking good Italian fare, I suggest looking elsewhere. With such a subpar signature dish as the chicken parmigiana, it seems the kitchen needs a complete overhaul to meet basic standards of an enjoyable meal. I do not foresee returning until there are noticeable improvements.
