Paganos Market and Bar

They have happy hour for sips here June-August. It's a huge outdoor pavilion area with usually 300+ people. Most people are in their young twenties. They have a huge fountain in the the middle, a large t.v screen, and D.J. during sips happy hour. It's a $20 minimum order for drinks. Also be prepared to wait 30-40 min to get in!

Conveniently located in my office building. This was my first time post covid and I saw many changes. No help yourself salad bar any longer. No soda fountains to help yourself from either. Food is still as good! Got pizza and wasn't disappointed.

First impression. No prices on wall. Red flag. Long wait to order as plenty of people to take an order mosey about without taking an order. Another red flag. Get to place order to be told they don't have what I asked for. Subbed out chicken for sausage. And the price was insane for a wrap that wawa could have made better for half the price. Not worth the time and effort to get quietly robbed at the register.

At Bala Cynwyd location in office building. Staff was rude and dismissive. I wanted to take a meatball home for dinner. We can take off the sandwich bread and you can pay almost $13.00 for a meatball. Are you kidding? No thanks! I have no reason to go back into that place.

Wanting a quick sandwich, I had a choice of Paganos or Wawa. My review in a nutshell, I should have went to Wawa. Working in 2001 Market, I really want to love Paganos. It is literally right downstairs from my office! Unfortunately, like other reviews have pointed out, it is overpriced and under delivers.My most recent trip I ordered a flank steak sandwich. I accepted their offer to heat it up, which apparently means throwing it in the microwave lettuce and all. For $10, the size of the sandwich is quite small, but I hung my hat on the idea that it might be tasty. Once back to my office, I found the steak to be a salt lick!Service at the deli counter is solid. They are quick to take your order, wrap your stuff, and offer suggestions if needed. Service at the check-out counter is another story. They have several registers but none were staffed at the start of the visit. Not knowing where to line up, I picked one and another customer picked the other. When someone came to help the other customer, I got behind them. Of course, they closed right after ringing them up and I was left getting in the back of the register I started at, which had opened in the time it took me to walk to the other one. I was seriously expecting to be bounced back again as I approached since the individual behind the counter looked like they had to run off, but I wasn't about to have someone else close down in front of me!

I really love Paganos. It is hard to find good service in the city but they really nail it every time. Everyone who works there is very personable and friendly. They seem enthusiastic about taking my order and talk to me like a friend.I also like coming in for happy hour. There are sometimes good drink specials and there's always cheap bar food. Paganos is the place where everyone in commerce square comes for lunch and sometimes breakfast too.Lots of love to this place. It's great to have you here in Commerce Square.

It's ok. It's a big pricy but I know the rent in the building is expensive sooo..I like getting an egg and cheese on a bagel but the heat lamp is a bad idea. The sandwich is cold so I either ask for a special one or I just don't buy it there. I think for $3.50 (more than the street vendor) I should get a fresh hot sandwich. Lunch is always busy which tells you the food is tasty. They have a two slice and soda special which doesn't seem to be advertised anymore. I haven't tried the sandwiches - line too long.The salad bar was ok. I went down at 1230 and at least 4 items were empty including 2 soups.I haven't tried the SIPS yet and not sure I will.Place is convenient so I'll be back.

Pagano's tomato pie was recommended to us and we decided to try it for a firm happy hour. We had some questions since we had never ordered from here before. Four phone calls over a three day period just to get someone to speak with us. Finally connected, ordered the food for delivery and it came one hour early and was stone cold. I called and the man I spoke with was apparently the manager. His words "it's not supposed to be hot." It wasn't even room temperature! He said the best he could do was walk over, get our order, walk back to the store, heat it up and walk over again." He then added, "but it probably won't be hot." This man was rude, difficult to work with and clearly not interested in any new business. We will never order from here again!

10/10 service and excellent food. Would recommend to anyone who loves a good hearty meal. Chief always cooks it how I LOVE IT!!!

Paganos! paganos! Boy oh boy I got the roast beef special and it was sooooo delicious! The service was very good for it to be very busy and they really interact with you and was beyond professional. That's something that I truly appreciate when it comes to customer service. If you're in the center city area I would say try they can be on the little more of the expensive side, but if you want to try something different I would say so. Especially when it comes to the sandwiches because it's so fulfilling.
