My wife and I stopped by tonight with high hopes, eager to savor familiar tastes found in Mexico, but we were disappointed. The first dish to cross my path was the Tacos al Carbon, a dish that promised to transport me to the streets of Mexico City with each bite. Instead, what arrived was a disappointment. The beef, intended to be the star of the show, proved chewy and lacking in flavor, failing to evoke the vibrant spirit of traditional Mexican cuisine. While the rice managed to salvage some dignity with its familiarity, the beans left much to be desired, crying out for a bolder profile to truly make them sing.Across the table, my spouse ordered the beef fajitas, only to encounter a similar fate. The beef was woefully underseasoned and had a regrettable chewiness that betrayed the dish's potential. Compounding the disappointment was the diminutive portion size, leaving us longing for a more generous serving to satiate our appetites and fulfill our expectations. As if to add insult to injury, dessert arrived with a promise of indulgent satisfaction, only to fall short of the mark. The "fried ice cream" presented before us was a misnomer, lacking the coveted crispiness that defines this beloved treat. Furthermore, the buñuelos, a delicacy designed to delight the senses, suffered from an unfortunate case of sogginess, robbing us of the textural contrast and decadence that we had eagerly anticipated. In conclusion, Pablo's Mexican Kitchen failed to deliver the authentic, vibrant experience we had hoped for. The lackluster execution of classic dishes and the absence of bold, invigorating flavors left us longing for the genuine taste of Mexico. While the potential for greatness looms within these walls, it remains unfulfilled, leaving us with a sense of unmet culinary promise.Pablo's, you have left us wanting. Let us hope that the next visit yields a more satisfying encounter with the rich tapestry of Mexican cuisine.

Great place to go for quick lunch. Pricing is good for the amount of food they give you. I paid only $23 for chicken/beef/shrimp fajita plate . They give all the sides along with it as well! Extra tortillas are free which is a plus. Definitely will be coming back to this place

I went on a Saturday afternoon, and I was able to sit down, and get my food, in a very quick time. I had a Margherita and the Quesibirria tacos. The Margherita was wonderful (I added strawberry flavor to it). The tacos were good, not my favorite but good. Overall, I would recommend.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. The bar area had plenty of TV with lots of seating as well as the regular area. The waitress was nice and attentive, she gave my daughter flour play dough and that kept her quiet the wholeeeee time! Queso (5/5) - perfectly spicy and creamy Ceviche (2/5)Beef fajita & shrimp (4/5) - love the butter dip with itTamales (4/5)Overall, good food and nice atmosphere with a big menu that'll make everyone happy. I would definitely come back.

We have never had any real issues here but what I witnessed tonight, we will never go back. A nice looking woman with her 2 sons walked in. One of the sons had an emotional support dog. The dog was well behaved, had the proper vest on. They were told that the restaurant didn't allow support animals anymore and were told to leave. The son was visibly upset and walked out. I followed them out and asked the mother if they were ok. She told me that her son suffered from panic attacks in crowded places like restaurants. The family told me that Olive Garden allowed support animals and left to go there. Long time customer, LAST TIME PATRON!! Never again Pablo's. I hope others reading this will follow me and not let them treat others like this. Very sad!

PARKING: There is a lot of parking in the shopping plaza.AMBIANCE: It is a casual Tex-Mex restaurant.FOOD/DRINKS: I came in with a group during a weekday during their lunch time on two separately occasion and ordered off from their lunch menu. We were seated right away. I ordered Veggie Enchilada and Chicken Enchilada: both came with bean and rice. Between the two, I enjoyed the Veggie Enchilada more though. I thought it was descent for the amount of food for lunch. SERVICE: Service is really, really slow like it took about 30 minutes to get food and waiting about another 30 minutes after finishing eating just to get our bill (after asking for the bill) for both times. That's when they just open for lunch on a weekday so I am not sure how they are on a weekend. Just be prepared to wait.

I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant to go to and I believe I have found the one. To start the night off our waitress Emily greeted us with a fun and inviting attitude. She was able to help guide us through the do's and don't's of their menu. The restaurant it's self was very cute and has a great country mexican theme to it. The quesobirra was beyond amazing as well as the sauce. The quesadilla were good as well but I would recommend getting some tacos here. Our server emily was hands down amazing the whole experience, super friendly and made the whole dinner even better. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back for some more.

Plato de Jaime ($19) - crawfish enchilada (+$1), fish taco (+$2) and chicken tamale, rice, and refried beans. Everything was delicious. It was pretty cool that you could choose any enchilada and any taco from the menu to round our the combo, even with the upcharge. The piece of fish within the taco was huge and well seasoned, with plenty of toppings and a good sauce. I really liked the crawfish enchilada, even though it was slightly saltier than the rest of the dish. The tamale was just ok and was saved by the salsa. The kids' quesadilla plate came with one large flour tortilla stuffed with (yellow) cheese and cut into thirds. The fruit cup consisted of cubed green apples, pineapple, a couple of red grapes, and diced oranges. The kids loved the quesadilla, but did not eat the fruit cup. More for us parents! My husband ordered the Cajun chicken dish and liked it. There were lots of semi-grilled onions on the plate under all of the cheese. It wasn't too crowded in the middle of the week in the evening, but it is always packed on the weekends. There is tons of seating inside for both tables and booths and different rooms sectioned off of one another. The open concept kitchen is at the back of the restaurant and you can (kind of) see the workers back there creating your meals. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful and there were ample workers, hosts, etc. I would recommend this place to others!
