Owl Breakfast & Lunch

Delicious breakfast! My scrambled eggs were perfect and hot , the bacon was excellent and the French Toast was out of this world!! Having breakfast from here made my day ! Ty

I met someone here for breakfast, and at first, I was skeptical. Parking: street and is hard to find. Atmosphere: busy and loud There's no space to wait for pickup or a seat. This place was a buzz with workers calling out orders and moving around to get orders out. Nonstop business, so you know their food must be good. Most of the workers had hair nets on. I don't recommend sitting at the first two tables because people will be standing over top of your table and their back sides right there. Ughhhhhhh! Service: Our server was good. Food: corned beef hash with onions, eggs scrambled soft with cooper sharp cheese!!!! I was so excited when the waitress said they had cooper sharp!!! Most places don't. Lol. The little things I tell ya!!! My eggs were cooked, right. That's a plus also. I also had 1 pancake. Everything was good. Overall, this place was good. I would go back to try something different.

Great little place near the University. Food was good and well priced. Service was quick, polite and helpful. We got the Cajun shrimp and grits, Owl special and the hungry owl. Everything was served at the proper temperature and quick.

Another Temple Breakfast spot, Owl Breakfast is a similar to other small breakfast spots in the campus area. The staff and friendly but the space is very small and not good for groups. The food is good for the price, but could be served hotter; my grits were lukewarm. Again, not good for large groups, and would go early based on its central campus location.

If you're looking for a value breakfast with large portions, quick service and a solid amount of variety, here you go! While it is a little old looking with some lumps in the booth seating, I got eggs, toast, potatoes and meat for $10. The omelette was cooked pretty well, the toast was buttered and jammed, and the grits were plentiful. Not the best for large groups or for a cute brunch, but split up between the booths, you'll get food that's easy on the wallet.

Food was excellent and came out piping hot! Definitely cooked to order. Rhonda our waitress was FABULOUS excellent customer service .The ambiance was standard diner / cafe.Will definitely be back!

Great good. Great prices! Coffee is excellent. I always order the flounder and grits and eggs breakfast. It never disappoints.

It would be a mistake to walk past this unassuming storefront breakfast spot. Small and easy to miss, you shouldn't. Don't judge the book by it's cover, or even the inside - until you've read a couple chapters/eaten there! Had Belgium waffle and eggs w sausage patties for 10 bucks. Incredible these days! And it was delicious. Service was attentive and pleasant. Owner's seem to really enjoy running this business. A gem in the neighborhood.
