A nice lunch for $20, but personally was not the biggest fan on the cook on the steak. Very sweet service, but he seemed overworked.Lobster/steak combo is just enough food, and I'd love to try a new side (the rice was a bit soggy)Cheers!

Always have great food here. Love Outback for hot fresh tasty food delivered quickly. This Outback is near some other food establishments and can be faster than waiting to get a table elsewhere. We got a table right away. The ambiance is casual and relaxed. Definitely give them a try.

My recent outing at Outback Steakhouse fell below expectations. Despite a prompt seating in an unusually empty restaurant, our server took five minutes to greet us. Drinks sat untouched for 15 minutes, necessitating the intervention of another server. The prime rib lacked quality, and the lobster was both over-seasoned and overcooked. A cleanliness issue beneath the table revealed crayons and broccoli. This starkly contrasts with my 2017 visit, prompting me to reconsider my return. While the staff appeared friendly, there seemed to be a noticeable lack of training. See yall in another 7 years lol

I wonder what happened? This restaurant cannot seem to serve medium rare. We tried now twice in a six month period and each time our food was over cooked. I'm not expecting prime beef, it is Outback after all, but I do wish the would hand the cook a thermometer

We typically love outback! The salads, the food and drinks are always good. We could always count on going to outback wherever we were. Except tonight. We sat at the bar tonight. It started with the drinks. My wife had wine and it was fine. I ordered my favorite drink an old fashioned and it was completely watered down. My wife even watched the bartender squirt water in it after she made the drink? You don't water down an old fashioned. I said because it's watered down can I just get a bourbon and coke. She served everyone at the bar before event trying to make me another drink. The house salads were soggy and wilted with no flavor (not enough dressing) I had to order more dressing to even eat it. The service was terrible. It was very disappointing when there is so many other places you can choose to go and spend your money. We won't be back for a while. Disappointed

My sons birthday was sept 20 and request a steak for dinner so i took it upon myself to find him a place that he has never been which was this location in Katy which i chose because i have eaten here before a few years ago and it was good but now i am HIGHLY disappointed because this was for my son bday dinner! 1st off we asked for a booth and we was seated in one of the smallest booths for 3 people out of all the booths that was there, we just didn't have any elbow room to eat. Not to mention there was food all over the floor next to our table! I was not feeling the atmosphere at that point and really wanted to leave but because it was 9pm we knew we didn't have time to go anywhere else.So we all ordered a steak dish and no one was happy with the food at all! My son asked for a refill for his kiwi lemonade drink and was told that he could not have a refill with that drink, I HAVE NEVER HEARD IN MY LIFETIME THAT YOU CANNOT HAVE A REFILL ON ANY DRINK! Plus its his bday!!! My margarita was watered down! Our Mac and cheese bites were super bland! I ordered the steak medium well with coconut shrimp with baked potato, ALL of our steaks were bland with ABSOLUTELY NO seasoning or flavor or butter what so ever! My steak was not how i ordered it so whoever cooked it is a amateur and do not know what their doing! They are just there to collect a check! The cook on the steak was well done ( i asked for medium well) it was tough and burnt at the bottom and was hard to cut through! I never put A1 sauce on any steak but i had to ask for some just to give my steak some flavor for my husband and i and the waitress brought us some sauce in a tiny little container instead of bringing the bottle. I had 4 shrimp and a small potato for $22, we eat out often so if its worth it i don't complain but this was horrible!A different sever brought us our food and took dishes away from our table and dropped a bowl with sauce in it on the floor next to us and it stayed on the floor til he finally decided to come back and clean it up and the thing that bothered my the most was the cleaning and closing down while we was eating! Sweeping, mopping, putting chairs on tables, we felt like we needed to rush to eat! I can understand being ready to go home but when people are still eating dont make them feel rushed and clean around them when they are eating! Our waitress never came to see if our food was ok or if we needed anything! We had to tell the server that dropped the bowl that we needed something and he said that he would tell our waitress and she took forever! The manager was walking around singing and everyone else was just like the walking dead with no personality (THEY WAS OVER IT ANY READY TO GO) and we could tell!My son (age 22) literally asked my the next day can we have a do over and eat somewhere else for his bday to make up for being so dissatisfied and he has never asked me that before! Not to mention we drove from cypress! All i have to say is never again will we eat at any outback! That is embarrassing for it to be a steak house!

We dined in here on 11/23/22 between 7pm-9pm.The food was PIPING hot, from the blooming onion, wings, baked sweet potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and steak. I was so impressed by the temperature of my food, freshness, and flavor. I love eating fresh food.Everything was made to order and the manager on shift that night whose name is Jashante was awesome. He checked on all the tables several times that night and made sure everyone dining in was doing great and enjoying their food. Literally one of the best managers I have ever encountered in my dining experience. He even helped clear plates from the table, a true leader that didn't feel like he was above his team. He was involved. He led by DOING. I had to stop him and get the full spelling on his name. A really great Leader, which was reflected in the amazing quality of the food that night. You can tell he holds himself and his team to a HIGH standard.I will definitely be back! That was my first time eating at Outback Steakhouse. I will definitely visit this spot again. It might be a steakhouse chain, but don't knock it til you try it.

food was cold when it came out ! i do mean everything on my plate was cold besides the mac and cheese. I picked my MASH potatoes up whole that's how COLD it was ! steak was COLD ! I didn't receive no shrimps and it came with the meal. I just packed all my food up and LEFT The service was good.
