I recently dined at Osteria Positano with a large work group, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly crafted and full of flavor. Despite our group's size, Tomas went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable, making everyone in our group feel well taken care of. Osteria Positano is a great gem on Collins Avenue within the Marlin Hotel, the ambiance perfectly blends classic Italian feels with modern Miami Beach vibes. While it is a shared space with similar vibes, the décor compliments each other while allowing for clear separate spaces.My colleague and I visited based on a recommendation, and we are glad we listened! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly, native Italian servers, or really good actors, who made us feel like it was Sicily 1939. We kicked things off with the Focaccia Burrata e Prosciutto, which was a delightful start. For mains, we went with the Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe with Fresh Truffle and the Ravioli Ossobuco--both dishes were absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, showcasing the essence of home-cooked Italian cuisine with modern flare and presentation.We also enjoyed a variety of expertly crafted cocktails throughout the evening. After dinner, we were craving affogato, and even though it wasn't on the menu, our waiter went above and beyond to make it happen. Perfect night cap to a great meal!Overall, Osteria Positano is a solid find. Amazing food, stellar drinks, and fantastic service make this place a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian in Miami.

PHENOMENAL service, ambiance, and of course, FOOD! I just got back from a trip to Europe myself 3 weeks ago and it was like I was thrown right back to the old continent Our server, Allegra, was so gracious and had the most infectious energy and smile. She's a fashionable Milan woman and guided us through the restaurant's menu and her personal favorites. We went with all her recommendations and had one of the best meals we've ever had in all of Miami.My favorites? The Carbonara with freshly-made rigatoni pasta, fresh warm burrata, and freshly-shaved TRUFFLES AND the tiramisu, which is made tableside and is a complete show and SO FRESH.The food photos speak for themselves: Just go there and YUM already.

I'm a little more critical of Italian in the south Florida area being that I am Italian and not a tourist. I read the reviews and was tempted to try. The staff for the most part is from Napoli. They are all very inviting. The appeal is the pasta cheese wheel. We ordered it and it was a great show. Overall it was a nice experience but food was average.

It was an amazing night! Celebrating my daughter high school graduation and heading off to college in the fall! The food was true Italian! Positano meatball Angus and veal. Lobster ravioli was amazing. The table side presentation Cacio e Pepe was amazing to watch and amazing to eat. The service is outstanding!

What a crazy experience!Boyfriend and I went to Miami for our anniversary and made reservations here for our anniversary dinner. We decided to come in early because the weather had been insane ! We were greeted immediately by the friendly staff and entered a beautiful dining area. While the restaurant was empty (due to the crazy rain) it was still lively. Due to the rain so many obstacles came about (power went out which caused some issues in the kitchen) we decided to move outside which was still romantic and beautiful (even with the rain) ! I believe the manager was on site this evening and offered us complimentary champagne due to the "inconveniences" We ordered...- fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp - chicken Parmesan - calamari and shrimp Everything was absolutely delicious. Noodles seemed fresh and the Alfredo sauce was flavorful. The shrimp was plump and the chicken had the perfect crisp. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone.

Such an adorable place! I felt like I was actually in Italy! Our waiter was amazing! I ordered the linguine and clams (always a favorite) it was really delicious. For dessert I got the table side tiramisu!! The best I've ever had! I highly recommend you try this place!

There are plenty of Italian restaurants in Miami Beach and I've eaten in most of them but this one is special. Not only was the food spectacular but the ambiance was romantic and the main dining was gorgeous.Located on 12th and Collins, this corner restaurant will definitely satisfy your tastebuds. For apps we ordered the Beef Carpaccio and Foccacia Burrat Proscuitto. Both were very fresh and delicious. Their carpaccio was thinly sliced to perfection. The burrata and prosciutto together were a match made in heaven. We also got cocktails to start, an Espresso Martini and Negroni. Both were made very well. Not watered down. For the main course, the Lamb Chops were perfectly cooked. Tender and juicy. We also got the Special Cacio E Pepe, served table-side in a cheese wheel. Such a lovely presentation indeed. For the side, we shared a Caeser Salad cause we just love the dressing and it's a classic. For dessert, we got the homemade Tiramisu also served table-side. It was so rich and tasty but not too sweet. A great finale indeed.We had a delightful time here. Service was very attentive. Our server checked up on us several times. The quality of the food was great and the restaurant was breathtaking. Perfect for a date or a big celebration with family or friends.
