Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I ate the pork basil fried rice which was flavorful. I appreciated that I could pick the spice level. It tasted amazing! The staff was friendly and didn't have to wait long for our food. I would definitely recommend eating here.

OK - where to even begin? This was our first time eating at OSHA. We've heard so many great comments about the food at OSHA that we finally made it a point to visit. Now let's get this right out of the way - the food was outstanding! The preparation, presentation, and ingredients were all first rate and that alone would have us returning. However...The interior is a contemporary design and really does not have a Thai or any other Asian decorum. In fact, the way it is now, you could have put any type of restaurant in here. It has a very loud interior - that is the construction materials of concrete, steel, and other hard materials make for a very noisy interior - even when half full. We arrived early at 4:30 PM and were seated between a family that had a child screaming most of the time we were there (the kind of scream that permeates your bones), and another family on the other side of us that that were very loud. My wife and I are in our 70's and we just couldn't get comfortable with the noise. So do keep that in mind because if you're looking for an environment that can absorb sounds and has a warm, intimate dining environment - then don't look to OSHA (that is in our opinion of course). Secondly, although our waitress was nice, we felt somewhat rushed to order in the beginning. Since this was our first time at OSHA, we needed time to figure out what we wanted, especially with our grown son who is Autistic. Afterwards, when I asked my wife what she thought of OSHA, she remarked that she absolutely loved the food, but the noisy interior and the feeling of being somewhat rushed, kind of put her off.So there you have it. The cuisine is superb, the dish presentations are wonderful, but if you're looking for a quieter, intimate, relaxing environment, you may not find it here. Thanks for for reading...Ben HerrmannFuquay-Varina, NC

Since moving to Holly Springs in 2022, Osha has hands down become the family's favorite restaurant in town. Great service, amazing food, with a very modern, clean and welcoming ambiance. We normally get Sushi, the Curry, and Pad Thai as our staples. I love heat and I normally order my dish Thai hot! It's flavorful and the right amount of kick! Highly recommended Osha and we will keep coming back!

OSHA is nothing short of amazing. From the Thai food to the fresh sushi. We have tried multiple sushi spots in the Raleigh area and nothing compares to osha. Service is always top notch and the owner, Leo is always around making sure guests are enjoying their meals. I bring any friend or family visiting to Osha and they agree it's the best. Sushi is so fresh and the Thai food is flavorful.

Modern new restaurant serving some delicious Asian cuisine. Staff were friendly and service was great. The food itself was excellent. Good had tons of flavor and portion size was decent for the price. Ambiance is a modern design not too loud but enough where your conversations won't be overheard from neighboring guests. Glad we came here and will be back in the future.

Wow, just, wow. My favorite restaurant. For entree I got the tuna stack, 10/10. My favorite roll is a spicy tuna and they took that to the next level, 10/10 no hesitation. I also got the sashimi combo plate, 9/10. And a side salad, 8/10, nothing special just an average ginger salad. I really liked the server, he was really nice and friendly and quick. And I loved the scenery, the hanging lights were beautiful.

I cannot believe I have not written a review for this gem! To date, I have been to Osha 4 times. Including for date night on Valentine's Day. The restaurant is cozy and can get pretty crowded during busy times. I have always had exceptional service from each server and they were helpful when giving recommendations. And the food is always amazing! Super fresh, and flavorful. My favorites are the Salmon Skin Roll, the green curry, and any seasonal dessert! Each dessert has not missed! 9/10 - one of my favorite restaurants in the area

It's tough to choose what to eat here. Everything sounds delicious. I usually op for an appetizer and small entree to warrant the cost and try as many flavors as possible. Today's visit was just ok. Two corn tortillas, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, and mixed greens, meh. Their sushi tacos. Even the citrus/lime crema had an off taste. The crispy eggplant was good, filling, of the four I ate two. The sweet chili sauce I mixed with soy and was great for dipping.I did enjoy the mango sunset mocktail, but it got better as I watered it down. I guess I'm not into ginger beer.Sat at the bar, solo. The server, Day B, was ok. Acted put out a bit, squatted down to play on her phone occasionally. Asked for my check, she proceeded to run my card on someone else's tab. Had to get a manager to back it out, then told me there wasn't a receipt to show the reversal/credit after I watched her toss it in the trash. Oops. Not once did she show remorse or apologize. The younger workforce has me shaking my head every day.

Another visit to my favorite thai place ! Yup Osha Thai in holly springs !Salmon pad prik king- lightly fried salmon pieces, stir fried in a Red Thai Curry Paste (which was custom made and imported directly from thailand) green beans, bell peppers and kaffir lime leaves .... this dish is amazing! It's one the Thai special foe the month so get it before its gone! This special made Thai Curry Paste is amazing ! It's sweet and savory and has a slight kick and marries everything together amazingly ! Ask for extra rice to soak in all the Curry Paste. Special Japanese Appetizer of the month is the "Autum" .... who knew that thinly sliced tuna topped with orange, avocado, tobiko, micro greens, black lava salt, and chili flakes sitting in a kiwi ponzu would be so good ! It was the perfect combination of flavors with a slight sweetness from the kiwi ponzu ... must try ! As you can see their sushi is always amazing especially their selection for their sashimi sampler Oh can't ever leave here without a piece of Otoro... one of the best places for it in the Triangle! Leo and Ashley and the rest of the staff always makes my visits special each and every time !
