YUM!My son and I were craving vegan ramen and decided to finally try Osaka. We're thrilled we did, and will be back.We went on a Saturday night around 7. It was definitely crowded there but we were able to get seated without reservations in 20 min. It was cool to see what a popular spot this is, and after tasting their food, we can now understand why :)The location is nice around the McGuckin plaza in Boulder. I wish they had a patio, but it does look like they have a sun room area with big windows that open. The ordering system is cute with a little controller on your table that you push when you need your server. It's really efficient and worked great. We got the Agadashi Tofu as an appetizer (sooooo GOOD - be sure to order with vegan broth if you're plant based), and each got the vegan ramen. My son's face was so cute after his first bite of the ramen, he was hooked. The vegan ramen broth has a great flavor, we loved everything about it.So excited to have a wonderful ramen spot in Boulder as new go-to.

It was fine, but for the hype, I expected more from the food. The ambiance was good and the staff were super sweet, but $30 for one person for a below-average meal? I wouldn't go back and would recommend it to any friends to try.So sad because I really wanted to love this place!

I think overall this is a pretty good ramen place, It's not the best I've ever had but it still hits the spot and is perfect for a cold night out. We came on a weekday night and got seated right away. I got the tonkatsu ramen and really enjoyed the broth. It tasted super savory and meaty without being super salty. The soft-boiled egg and the meated were also cooked perfectly. The pork had a nice char but was still tender. My only complaint would have to be with the noodles - I feel like it was a bit soft and didn't have some of the chew that I usually look for. Overall, I would recommend the spot if you are around the are and craving something warm.

Pretty decent place for Ramen! Tried the spicy miso ramen with extra pork belly, which is nice and thick and has a good char texture on there. waaaay better than most other places that seem to serve it as anemic-looking. so waaay more appetizing here.Only downside here honestly is the chairs at the tables...they are waaay lower than the bench side of tables so just creates an odd seating area. recommend sitting at the bar here. Finsiehd off wtih the mochi donuts and they were pretty good! not sure if i would order again, kinda salty/sugary so if thats your thing go for it. just make sure they changed their fry oil recently cause we could taste it. But the saving grace here is definitely ramen. stick to that!

I had been here a few years ago and I thought it was really good ramen, and very authentic. However, something must've changed over the years because I decided to come back on a whim, wanting some good ramen, but left feeling unsatisfied. This place is down in a basement, which is fine because you don't really notice it. It has a bar and an open kitchen that you can see into as your food is being prepared. They have about five or six types of ramen and I ordered the tonkatsu Ramen. When they brought it out, it looked decent and it smelled good but that's pretty much where things ended. It was overly salty and kind of bland. The bamboo shoots tasted weird, and the noodles didn't seem particularly fresh or cooked enough. The chatsu in it was fatty and soggy, and the egg that they put in it was just shy of raw. For $19, it absolutely was not worth it and I would not recommend this place. The only reason I've given this place two stars instead of one was because it was clean and the servers were friendly. Very disappointed

Yuck! I didn't like this Ramen. I ordered Tonkotsu and the broth was flavorless, I even added some sriracha and chili oil and still thought it wasn't good. The noodles are al dente, the pork was extremely fatty and the egg was too raw for me to eat. Nothing about the ramen was good. I would say there are a ton of other ramen places in Denver that have better ramen.

Phenomenal ramen!Everything from the broth, to the ingredients, to the egg was very authentic. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable of the establishment. The seating arrangement was comfortable and modern. Definitely great for a hot date, or quiet evening with a friend. Cannot wait to visit again.

I LOVE osaka ramen and my most recent meal here did not disappoint. The chilled green beans have a perfect crunch and are always heavily seasoned, and the chicken kara'age is some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. The breading is light and crispy but packed with flavor, and when you add a squeeze of lemon it's truly heavenly. I also ordered the chicken ramen which was super comforting. I loved that the chicken had such a noticeable smoky flavor, the noodles are nicely springy, and the broth is insanely flavorful. Ambiance and service are always great too!

Such good ramen! They have both traditional and non traditional variations, reasonable prices, and great flavor! The service was great, our waiter was super knowledgeable about condiment pairings and we had our food in under 15 minutes. They go heavy on the fillings which I loved. They recently added a birria ramen and if you are a birria taco fan you will love this. The cheese toatada served on the side is the perfect accompaniment. The restaurant is easy to miss walking by as the sign is pretty high up and it's located in a basement (not dingy though). Parking can be challenging as it is for any place in rino

Excellent ramen spot in RiNo. Very cozy vibes and tasty ramen. We came here on Friday night and there was a twenty minute wait for a party of two. Seems like they can get busy on weekend nights at least. We split the chicken Kara age as an app and it was delicious. Very big for an appetizer as well. The ramen dishes were both well done. We definitely thought their traditional tonkotsu was better than the spicy miso. With the tonkotau, the pork belly was perfectly tender and the black garlic really came through in the broth. The spicy miso was pretty good, but I was surprised that it was ground pork in the dish and not slices. I also found the kimchee in it to be underwhelming. It's worth a visit if you are craving ramen! I would love to go back and try some more small plates too.
