One Vietnamese Restaurant

I always love trying a new spot and one that is a perfect spot for a catch up with a friend. My friend and I both ordered the lemongrass fried tofu noodle bowl. The tofu was so soft and creamy on the inside. The outside was packed with flavor from the lemongrass. I practically inhaled my meal it was so good. I took home a combo fried rice for my husband and he very much enjoyed that as well. Service was fast and really friendly. We had two servers helping us and they were wonderful. The space itself was great; didn't love the country music playing but of course that's personal preference. Absolutely will be back!

I love this place. The people that work here are so awesome and kind we eat here so much. It's embarrassing.I never have a bad time here and I have nothing bad to say about it ever . I always get the veggie pho we always get the dumplings and the spring rolls and they do not disappoint Ever. keep up the good work and we will be back

We stumbled upon this restaurant on Father's Day, and we weren't disappointed. The place is well lit, and clean. The menu is extensive and appears to have both Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. We opted for the standard Pho combination and the pork chop w/rice dishes. Both had good flavor, although they could have added a bit more tripe and tendon to the Pho.The service was good and the staff stopped by frequently to check on us. We will definitely go back to try some of their other dishes.

4.5 stars. I've been searching for a go-to Vietnamese Restaurant in Westminster and think I finally found one! Came here with a few friends and we split Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, and a Vermicelli Noodle Bowl. Everything tasted super fresh, and it was plenty of food for the three of us. The quality of pork was especially memorable. It's a huge restaurant, perfect for large groups. Giant parking lot in this strip mall, too. Would come back again to satisfy my Vietnamese food cravings!

Was looking for highly rated restaurants in the Westminster/Thornton area, and One Vietnamese popped up as an interesting option that many people mentioned had yummy Vietnamese food. So we decided to swing by on a Friday around 6pm and had no wait to get seated.The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, so there is adequate amount of parking in the vicinity - though parking spots directly in front do get filled up quickly during peak meal hours. Service is fast, after we placed our orders, we were able to get our foods about 10 minutes later. It seems that this restaurant does get quite popular on Fridays as soon as we seated, many more large parties arrived and the restaurant was packed with a wait time. The ambiance of the restaurant is sit down casual, with some take out orders - there is a bar area to the left side of the restaurant and nice decorative art with Vietnamese influence.I got the Grilled super combination platter ($16), which came with a decent amount of meat, fried eggrolls, and some rice. I would say that the flavor here is delicious! There is a pleasing amount of grill char on each meat option, and you can taste the marinade - a sweet and tangy (kinda of like lemongrass?) flavor. I would say that my favorite was definitely the pork chop on the bone cuts, as they were the most tender and mimicked beef short rib that you get at Korean BBQ restaurants very well in terms of texture and flavor. The egg rolls have an aggressive crunch and texture, they are slightly more chewier than the egg rolls I've had at other Vietnamese restaurants and were still flavored nicely. I was a fan of the cucumber and tomatoes as they served nicely as a palate cleanser.I would say that I would One Vietnamese restaurant was definitely a good find, and I would like to revisit to try the other options that this establishment has to offer!

Service was excellent, super kind staff. I've had more flavorful and rich Bun Bo Hue before, and was really expecting deeper flavors with a more adventurous soup. The wonton was good, the appetizer was good if you like dried food - I liked the mango sauce that came with it. The STAR of the show was the tenderloin udon. Tender meat, great sauce, perfectly cooked noodles, and very complimentary veggies. 10/10, will order again. Go on a cold day and fill up!

We love this place! The food is excellent and well priced. We ordered the lotus shoot salad, black pepper beef, Singapore noodles with mixed protein, and a side of mixed stir-fry vegetables. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable - in particular our server, Minh. Her positivity and enthusiasm just shine and made us smile - thank you for brightening our day, Minh!!! We will be back.

The food here is amazing and I was so happy after 4 years of not having it due to living in another state to get to enjoy this place again!

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Came back here with kiddos after a full day of fun. We ordered some appetizers and food. All the food was super tasty and did not disappoint. Service was good. Place is great for good Asian food, dates, and good staff. Don't lose the quality. I will be back!

Clean, well lit, attentive service.Pork chops and rice. Nicely grilled and delicious fish sauce.Combo pho with the most sharing broth!We will be back!
