Ome Calli Café

A very nice place for specialty coffee and drinks. Fantastic service. I found it pricey--over 4 dollars for an Americano. And no internet service!!! Very nice ambiance. If you like the menu give it a try.

Everything is beautiful and delicious! The owner is friendly and happy to answer questions. Many of his hand crafted coffee drinks are completely unique. One of my favorite places to relax.

I have never in my life been a "coffee shop" kinda gal. I didn't really understand why people loved to go to them and I just thought coffee was "ok" (don't come at me )... until I discovered Ome Calli by happenstance. This place has turned me into THAT girl (work, lunch, date, friend time... they are all opportunities to get out of the house and come here!). The owners are a beautiful couple who genuinely care about their customers and the community. I love that they support a plant-based lifestyle and they offer oracle cards and other fun, little things to raise the collective in their little corner of Grogan's Mill. Also, their drinks all have added health benefits and are easily the best tasting coffees I've ever had (and I've tried them all!). I really can't recommend this place enough!

Ome Calli is by far one of the best coffee shops that I've visited in the entire Houston (Woodlands) area. If you're not familiar with the Grogans Mill area, this place may be hard to find as it's quite hidden in a tiny plaza where the Woodlands Farmers Market is held. A hidden gem to say the least! When you walk in the decor is absolutely gorgeous, very earth toned and botanical so the environment is very clean and welcoming. I only took a star off because the young gentleman at the register didn't say anything to us when we spoke (only spoke to tell us our price total) he just sort of stared at us instead of helping us out with the menu as we were a bit confused on what to order with it being our first time. Not that we were craving conversation, but a hello would've been nice so I do believe the customer service could have been better in that aspect! We ended up ordering The Alchemist (cinnamon+cacao+relhi), The Salted Maple (himalyan salt+maple syrup), and chilaquiles. The Alchemist was an absolute 5/5, I'm an absolute sucker for anything that contains cinnamon and chocolate notes! The Salted Maple was an absolute 5/5 as well, its definitely on the "salty" side rather than maple so it surely lives up to its name but works out so well. I personally thought it was too salty (I can't have too much salt for health reasons) but my girlfriend absolutely loved it! The chilaquiles was a 4.5/5 for us as we come from a Mexican background so personally nothing can compare to chilaquiles with actual chorizo, but for a vegan substitute this meal was scrumptious; tons of spice and great flavors. My only complaint is I wished the dish came with more beans, but that's just me knit picking as I love beans. We will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu!

I have lived in Texas for almost 4 years now and I've tried it all, and by FAR, this is THE BEST coffee shop in the woodlands. The atmosphere is perfect for studying, getting brunch with a friend, or just getting a coffee to go. The service here is so amazing, Miguel and Lili are such great people! If you are a coffee lover or just want to try a new place out, you won't be disappointed!!

GPS gets you close, but this little gem is hidden in the crevice of the shopping center, FYI. This place has serious "I'm into yoga for the spiritualism" vibes to it - all the plants, the music, the dark teal painted walls and Hindi prints greeting you when you step in. Whatever is the exact opposite of corporate, it's this place. It's so far from being a chain that freedom might be its middle name. Ordered the usual: decaf flat white with heavy cream. To go. Got a cup only 3/4 full with enough foam to be considered a poorly made latte. (Subtract the foam and we're at maybe a 1/2 cup of coffee.)The Colombian beans used for decaf have a "hanging out at your uncles house, watered down, burnt coffee pot" taste. If this was made with heavy cream it's the most light-weight heavy cream we've ever had. It lacks the velvety smoothness that you get with steamed HWC. Man. Bummer. High hopes because the vibe was so chill, but I should've been prepared for disappointment when the I saw that flat white wasn't on the menu. Give the place a try, just don't order a flat white.

First time in, met the owner... I described what I make at home and my flavor profiles and he made the perfect latte!! The only problem is I drank it too fast . New favorite coffee spot

I ordered the Mollete and a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and sweetener. The matcha was perfect! Not too sweet, perfect balance of milk and matcha. So smooth! I usually don't get hot matcha but theirs is reallyyyy good. The Mollete was also very tasty. Perfect for a light lunch. I was told that the name means second home, and I can see why. It feels like one. :) Very earth atmosphere. Unique seating. Comfortable lighting. There's a lot of heart put into their business. Hope this encourages some people to try it out!!!

Great service. Cool, Chilled atmosphere. This place uses real coffee mugs . Tried many of the drinks and liked all of them . Loved some of them. Give it a chance and if you don't love what you orderd try something different next time.

Drinks are amazing. They have recipes that incorporate mushrooms and they are SO good. And the coffee itself tastes AMAZING. A wonderful hidden gem. Give it a try!!
