A huge surprise to find this little mom and pop restaurant on South Street that served a cheesesteak lunch special that was decently priced and really filling. For under $11, you got a delicious cheesesteak (not huge, but lots of meat, juicy, cheesy and filling), plenty of fresh hot fries and a medium drink. This is obviously a family run place - the two gentlemen manning the restaurant today sat down after making my meal to have a running conversation in Greek about something VERY IMPORTANT.No, it's not fancy or hipster. In fact, the trendiest thing about it is that it looks like a diner straight out of the 70s, complete with promotional posters for pita bread suppliers. I love it!
