Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We were staying in the Holiday Inn Express about a 2 minute walk from here. Put in our name for the waitlist online. Was told it was 10-15 min wait. Great! Got to the restaurant and waited for 15 min. and checked on our progress. Unfortunately, they said we still had about 7 large parties in front of us and we had another 25 min wait. What? What was the point of the waitlist saying 10-15 min when it was actually 40+??? Big difference! Needless to say, we left and went to Cheddar's and got seated right away. Probably should have just gone to Cheddar's in the first place.

First off, let me just see the service was awesome!!!! I don't know what it is, but the last few times I've eaten at Olive Garden always this same location, My stomach for the next day is not happy. Not sure what they put in their food, but I have tried different dishes every time and it's always the same effect. So I don't know if it's some kind of preservative or ingredient, but I think I've had my fill of Olive Garden for a while. This last time I did the never ending pasta bowl and I added the Chicken Fritta for an additional cost. I know inflation right now is crazy so just to give you guys a heads up the never ending pasta bowl is $11.99 then it's an additional $4.99 to add a meat. The chicken fritta was amazing, and a great choice to add though. I tried the mushroom cream sauce first and liked it. Then I went with the four cheese marinara second and it was OK. Pasta Fagioli is my favorite soup there, but their salad is delightful too. If you haven't had the Bellini peach tea, I definitely recommend it!!! Free refills! The kids games on the consul of the table have gone up in price I've noticed to it is now $2.99. So just a heads up before a little one it's going. Breadsticks were a little undercooked at first, But I will take that over the last experience when they were over done, and requested a fresh basket. Overall food was good. It's not anything unique that you can't make at home, but if you're just not in the mood to cook, it's a good option. I always recommend using the app to get on the waitlist before you arrive!!!

I ordered take out for our office meeting and ordering was super easy online, check in upon arrival was easy, and service was very friendly while telling me the order was not quite ready. At first I was annoyed because this would cause our meeting to start a bit late but it ended up only being 5 minutes late. Food was good and warm, large salad portions. I got soup and salad with two breadsticks- yum!

They are either excellent or mediocre and the inconsistency has made us look for other locations. The problem is that at times their soups are dishwater and others delicious and delectable. We spoke with the staff but they are not consistent enough for us to use this place as a regular. Sad

There were a lot of customers when I arrived. Fortunately, I had made online reservations before I arrived. Because I did not want to eat a lot, I had the soup and salad lunch. Normally, I get the salad with reduced calories, but I forgot, so just had the regular salad. I was able to finish 2 bowls of soup, so I did get my value. Parking lot was full, so it may take a bit of time to get an open spot. It was very crowded, but service was very good. This is one of the better locations.

We were happy with our experience. Years ago we switched from chain restaurants to locally owned restaurants. However, this year I had a group of 20 people. Our favorite locally owned Italian restaurant decided that if we had a large group that we had to order from a fixed menu and they would charge us $50 for a reservation fee. I called Olive Garden and they were very accommodating so off to Olive Garden we went. The ambience is still very nice, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. Crazy as it may seem to some, I put a lot of stock in how clean the kitchen is based on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Being pleased with the bathrooms, we assume the kitchen is also clean. We forgot how much we enjoy their soup and salad. Based on this experience, We will be back to the Olive Garden more often.

This place always has amazing service. The waiter we got was extremely helpful and attentive. A few managers also were very attentive and stopped by a couple times to makes sure we had everything needed. Food is good and the portions are huge. I've never been able to finish a meal here. I would recommend this OG.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in AGES, but my dad and I came to use my gift card and redeem his free bday dessert. I remember I used to be so hyped about the breadsticks, but when I took a bite, I realized they're nothing special. Just dry, semi-seasoned bread haha. Definitely tasted better dipped in soup. Since we ordered 2 entrees, the both of us could get unlimited soup, but it was already getting to be too much for me once I was on my second bowl. Out of all the soups we tried though, I really enjoyed the gnocchi one the most, but it is on the heavier side as it's thicker and has little dumplings dispersed throughout the soup. If you're looking for something lighter, the Zuppa toscana is a good option as well. The entrees were served to us piping hot! The lasagna Classico was pretty mid- it tastes like the frozen lasagna you buy in stores. The five cheese ziti was delicious, it was just what I was looking for in a pasta since I am a huge cheese lover. It was creamy, cheesy, and comforting. The dish seemed to be lacking a little something; it would definitely taste even better with a side of protein like chicken.The black tie mousse cake was super yummy. I was expecting it to be a lot more dense and rich, but it was surprisingly light and airy. The chocolate chips at the end of the cake give it that nice texture. Service was okay! Never got any water refills, but that's no big deal. It was really busy when we came, and even when we left.

I have been to Olive Garden a lot of times and it has to be one of the best Italian food in America sometimes for entree we get endless breadsticks so fluffy and salty and the salad is freshly made and with some croutons it's really good the Food is good and it's always a 10/10 because we get the tour of Italy and that plate hits every time we eat it

Same old Olive Garden, definitely nothing wrong with that. I came back to this location after a decade.I ordered Tour of Italy. Entrees took about 30 minutes after we were seated. But, in the meantime we had apps and bread with Alfredo sauce which were good.Pasta Fagioli was not the same as I had remembered, this particular soup was not good at all. My Tour of Italy did not disappoint!My youngest got the Sirloin Steak with Fettuccine and he loved it. Everybody else liked their entrees. So not a bad experience. Will come back again.
