Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is such a nice location! It's very hard to find somewhere that checks all of the boxes but this location did.Family friendly, large portions, great kids menu, friendly staff! We really appreciate the kind attention our waiter and waitress showed for our party of 12 ! Thank you very much!

My fiancé and I are new to the Cypress area, therefore, everything in this area is new to us. Olive Garden gets the green light from two hungry people! We tend to live on a budget in every aspect of our lives, it's nice to know we can have a big, delicious meal for a not-so-big price. We ordered our food to go, so I don't have any details to share about the ambiance or the service while dining in, however the young man that helped us on the phone was more than pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating! We ordered a regular priced entree and a second entree for $6! We also got a Tuscan potato soup to share! Our chicken Parmesan was fantastic! Still very warm and crispy by the time we got it home. We had fettuccine Alfredo as a substituted side and a separate order of spaghetti and meat sauce. (And of course breadsticks because this IS Olive Garden!) Here we are, the day after, and we have more than enough leftovers for lunch and possibly dinner tonight! I will be back to this location and I recommend you do the same!

This has been our go to Olive Garden for the past 2 years. We came and picked up dinner, it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be but the curbside employee was super nice & friendly. He gave me a free drink & apologized for the wait - our food came out not too long after that. When we got home everything was hot & delicious.

Where do I start. Nothing is like what it used to be. Even the bread sticks. And who decided to get rid of the chicken Caesar salad? What? Regardless, the food was extremely under par even for Olive Garden. We came to just check out the place since it's in Fairfield and quickly regretted it. We pretty much had to seat ourselves, the server was almost non existent. We ended up not even eating our food, paid the tab and went to get sushi at Tomiko.

My wife order soup and salad to go, this soup Literally had enough kale for an entire pot of soup. This is utterly disgusting.

I've eaten from this OG too many times! Noticed I said from and not at, I've never stepped in the building. Not even once lolBut lunch curbside stay winning in my books. I always order two meals cause I'm greedy af! Nah, really so I don't have to cook for dinner. OG prices have definitely risen so I'm cheap and ain't really trying to play those dinner prices for pasta. Everything is prepared on time and mostly delicious. The lunch lasagna looks like a kid portion, never ordering it again. My fav is the shrimp scampi though. Curbside staff has always been fairly friendly. The last time I called in my order because the website wouldn't let me order lunch (it was 15 til 3, they tripping) and I paid over the phone with this silly child repeating my credit card number even after I asked him to stop repeating it. Jesus....smh

Took my son for the first time in his twenty years of life to Olive Garden it's the first time I've ever taken him. It's also the first time I have been to this Cypress location. I had tried to call ahead for a reservation but the young lady who answered said they didn't take reservations that it was first come first serve when customers walked through the door. She did tell me there would probably be a wait time because dinner time was their busiest timeframe. When we got to the restaurant they were busy but since there was only four of us we got seated quickly. Our waiter was ready to greet us and explained the menu to my son as well as answered any questions he had. I wish I had caught his name. Our food was excellent and there was plenty of leftovers for seconds to be had we're ready to finish. I look forward to coming back.

7.5.22We came for a late lunch on 7.4.22. They were not busy at all. The food was good but the service was not. Our waitress brought our drinks & 1 order of breadsticks. Time passed then she brought the salad and soup. More time passed with dirty dishes around us. Then she brought our entrees. She left all the dirty dishes on the table. She told us she would bring us more breadsticks, more drinks & ice for our drinks. (All the ice in our drinks had melted & everyone needed refills) A lot of time passed and some other person brought us 1 water, 1 to go cup of ice & no breadsticks. We never got the breadsticks she said she would bring. The waitress never came back to check on us. We were sitting with dirty dishes and 1/2 eaten food waiting (again) for our waitress to make an appearance. She finally showed up after about 15 minutes and we asked for to go containers and breadsticks to go (that we never got with our meal) ....and she ROLLED HER EYES. The stars are for the food only. Zero stars for our service. The bad service tI am very aware that restaurants are having a hard time finding "good" servers. But this was a bit much for a $70 pasta meal. (Btw-we all drank waters)

JAY IS AWESOME!!This was one of my best experiences I have had in many years coming to Olive Garden. Jay was really sweet and quick to serve a perfect experience. I'm just blown away with his personality and customer service. I really hope yall see how great of an employee yall have working at this location. Please make sure he is rewarded as we were with his service.
