Took a day off to spend with my wife and decided to check out this spot. What a disappointment and here's why. 1. Service is not on par with the price point. I do not expect to have to walk up and order my food as if I was at me McDonald's. Hire some wait staff. 2. Chilaquiles had what seemed like chips out of a store bought bag and dissolved before finishing the meal leaving a soup like mess on the plate. 3.i absolutely hate having to tip prior to receiving any service other than being told to "sit wherever I'd like" and being handed a menu. But when you walk up to self order, they take payment and request a tip. 4. Why offer reservations for a fast food style restaurant? 2 stars is only cause our drinks were good. Do yourself a favor and go to Caracol for a far superior atmosphere and experience.

Came highly recommended and I can see why. The atmosphere is super cute and elevated with great chandeliers and swing chairs. Staff were very nice as well. I order the tuna tostadas and their flavor was next level. The ponzu and fruit balanced well and made such a lovely fusion flavor. Will be recommending this to anyone looking for a nice date spot or dinner out with friends.

Waking up to go here is worth it. I absolutely loved my brunch here. If you ever been to a First Watch, it's kinda like it times a BILLION! Loved the decor, ambience and vibrant vibes! They have lots of 21at century modern flaire like different mixes, combos, exquisite playing, fresh legumes, etc., kinda Tex-mex but mostly American which is good! They have so much shakes and juices. Mine wasn't out of this world but it was good. The food - AMAZING! That is where it's at. You have to come here with a ravaging appetite because this place will FULFILLED that 100%! The food was delicious, fresh and exciting to eat! Of course, picture worthy! The staff was enjoyable! They were friendly and attentive and they all helped each other for an amazing experience. The menu is extensive but once you know where everything is, it's not bad. They have a lot of options. The food is priced moderately but worth it as it is balanced with taste and portion. Honestly, a great place for family and friends!

Took my dad here the other day for brunch. I wanted something with healthier options, and this was right on the money. Pros:-beautiful decor-friendly service and staff-pet-friendly -tasty food that isn't your regular run-of-the-mill Mexican cuisine. It's a bit elevated, if that makes any sense. -healthy options -pretty good sized portions. Both my dad and I had leftovers to take home for another meal/snack-outdoor seating available. -complimentary fruit-infused waterCons:-parking may be tricky -it's in the galleria area, so things can get congested. -pets are allowed inside (this may be an issue for people who don't want pets around when they are eating. -there needs to be better signage to point you towards the ordering counter when you walk in.

I have been wanting to come to this restaurant for a while now. I am so happy I did! I already want to go back. The juices and coffees were delicious. The brunch menu was amazing and yummy. The service was great. We ordered / paid at the bar area and sat down with a number. They promptly brought food and drinks out. Servers were coming around every so often making sure we were OK and had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and lighting was beautiful. I loved all the lush greenery around and the swings. Definitely bringing my family back here soon.

It's really cool to see more restaurants in the city featuring interior Mexican cuisine. There's nothing wrong with border Tex-Mex, but Mexico has many regions with different flavors so it's nice to have more of a variety when it comes to Mexican cuisine. I went to NYE brunch with my friend and fellow Elite Helene S. We both attended the Yelp Elite Event at Ojo de Agua a few months back and had a nice time. We saw they were hosting a NYE brunch which included a glass of complimentary champange so we decided to go.The restaurant was busy when we arrived, but we didn't have difficulty getting a table. They had a DJ on the front patio and a different playlist inside. They also have a patio on the side of the restaurant which I did not notice on my first visit. The set up is essentially counter service, though it looked like large groups that reserved tables had full waiter service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire meal. I love the decor of the restaurant. They have a little market near the registers where you can purchase fruit and other produce.I started with the Manzanillo. It has coconut juice, mango juice, and sparkling wine and it was really good and refreshing! We noticed that the waitstaff seemed to be giving out champagne to large parties. Helene asked an employee and found out that the champange was only for groups which wasn't communicated clearly. Helene worked her magic and managed to get me a glass of champagne on the house (thank you again)! I ordered the Incrustados Eggs. It's a large croissant with eggs, turkey bacon, black beans, cotija cheese, and cilantro. When they brought out my entree, it came with a spoon. After about a minute I gave up and asked for a fork and knife which a staff member brought to me. I didn't care much for the turkey bacon, but the rest of the dish was very good. I enjoyed the cilantro and black beans. The eggs were cooked over hard which I prefer. The croissant was huge and very filling. The dish could have been served a little bit hotter, but in their defense, I did wait for Helene's food to be brought out before I started eating. They offer breakfast all day and have a pretty extensive menu. They also have a decent selection of coffee drinks, fresh squeezed juices, and cocktails. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

The service was very friendly and attentive. Very cute deco and small but not intimate small. I absolutely LOVED the hot sauce (habanero and olive oil for example)My only 2 dislikes were that the matcha was not sweetened and there was a language barrier without everyone on the nigh shift speaking much English. Luckily Kindness is universal and everyone was so helpful. Definitely worth the try for the fresh market finds and unique flavors!!

Acai bowl - 8/10 - $15 - Very fresh and tasty , had a lot of fruits and great presentation too but a bit hard to mix and eat Acai was also very frozen instead of smooth. Quesadillas ojo de agua - 9/10 - $13 - Looked like tacos lol, tasty and flavorful, especially with the sauce. Tatemados eggs - 7/10 - $17 - Very cheesy and greasy in my opinion. The filling had spinach, eggs, and avocado but the cheese was overpowering and heavy. Overall very aesthetic spot for Mexican food but i dont think the food was worth the price
