Oink N Moo

The pork BBQ in my sandwich was dry. The ribs didn't look good coming out, but they were in fact good. The fries were too heavily seasoned for some in our party.I was really put off that the order taker very loudly (read: for all in the vicinity to hear) asking if I'd like to tip the crew, then shouting out different percentages starting at 20%. This is obviously to put pressure on for tipping. This is poor form. Also, why is tipping even a thing when these are not tipped employee roles? Maybe folks will want to toss them a couple of bucks, give them that option, but don't act like 20% is the standard. Instead of just being happy with the transaction I just felt scammed and turned off to this business. I'll be avoiding this truck in the future, hope this tactic was worth it to run a potential future customer off.

We went to the Pimento Cheese Festival in Downtown Cary Park yesterday and this is where we discovered the Oink N Moo food truck! We saw someone with this delicious-looking brisket sandwich and asked them where they got it, and that's when they pointed us to the Oink N Moo truck. When we ordered, we noticed that the amount of people waiting for their order was large, so we expected a 20-30 minute wait. The man that took our order was very nice, and told us to be patient as the kitchen was backed up. After a 50 minute wait while the people waiting for their order kept piling up, we finally got our food. Everyone around us seemed fairly annoyed about the wait, as were we.The brisket grilled cheese sandwich with added pimento cheese was delicious, however we didn't detect much added pimento cheese which was a disappointment at the pimento cheese festival. The brisket was piled on this sandwich and was delicious and smoky, the thick Texas toast bread was perfectly crunchy, and the American cheese was nice and melty. The crinkle fries were better than I expected - VERY crunchy (which I love) and highly seasoned. Their strawberry mango lemonade was also very delicious and sweet, with a good amount of strawberry and mango flavor. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste.

Food Truck Time: Oink 'N Moo at Cary's Downtown ChowdownMy mom and I checked this food truck out and split the brisket plate with 6 cheese bacon mac & cheese. I also ordered a strawberry mango lemonade. The food and service were both great but the lemonade is a must order. If I knew it was that good I would have left with more than just one.

Wow! Let me tell you this little food truck has got it going on!I might have creeped on their instagram and saw them post something that said "ask us about our bbq sundae". Well, clearly I had to ask. The BBQ Sundae is pure genious! Their gourmet mac and cheese topped with baked beans and then topped with their delicious bbq. Oh, this man was a genious! Thay sindae was pure savory perfection! The bbq was seasoned BEAUTIFULLY! The baked beans sweet and cooked through. The mac and cheese was flavorful and perfect. I couldn't stop eating it. Each bite was pure bliss. The butterscotch peach cobbler. Genious. It's the pure texture and consistency. Very sweet but absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to grab some grub from this food truck again!

Owner's conduct & service were appalling. Rude behavior, zero professionalism, and subpar service quality. Avoid at all costs!

Ate here tonight for the first time & it was DELICIOUS. I had the smoked chicken and it was flavorful and tender. My fiancé had the pulled pork and thought it was melt in your mouth good. We both got the 6 cheese mac & cheese as a side and it was some of the best mac & cheese I've ever had. Couldn't have had a better dinner

We had Oink N Moo at the Durham Food Truck rodeo a while back and I highly recommend. We don't live in an area that they frequent but fingers crossed we can eat here again soon! The food was OUTSTANDING and the folks working on the truck were super nice. Easily 5+ stars.

Baby I had a Bella's burger at Dreamville and I'm dreaming of it! The fries was so so fresh.

the food was so good . I come from New Jersey and this is my second time visiting this food truck . great service , good prices , good quantity for your buck . plus the food is soooooo good . i had the brisket and the shrimp so far and plan to go back more .

Food is AMAZING!!! Brisket grilled cheese was unbelievable. Brisket was tender and had great taste. Grilled cheese was a kids grilled cheese on steroids. Jumbo shrimp what also delicious. Not too much breading and great portion size. Can't go wrong with this food truck!
