Don't get me wrong I love Ohayo, HOWEVER! They are not great accommodating large groups of people!We had a group of 15 but couldn't join the waitlist until 80% of my party was here Ok fine, I waited an 1 hour in the parking lot for the rest of my party, I go to get seated and we are 13th in line and have to wait another hour!I waited 2 frickin' hours - sorry this is not okay

I am leaving this review in hopes that someone other than the manager I was in contact with today will be able to address my concern. I attempted to place an online order twice within a 30 min period. I received an error message both times so I called. They would not take my order without payment over the phone even after addressing my concerns about giving my CC # over the phone. I will mention, 3 weeks ago I ordered over the phone and had no issues. I attempted one more time online but it stated order failed although I was charged. (I have all the screenshots) I have to wait for the refund since it's says can take up to 10 business days. The food is normally good but since I was not able to order online or over the phone this time, I was not satisfied with the process or customer service for placing Togo orders for the following reasons: Their "policy" that they can't place an order without paying 1st for over the phone orders, site errors, inability to add comments like allergies without calling, and yum yum sauce not an option. Advice: Have a contingency plan for if the website is not working. Because based off current guidelines, I don't plan on attending to other carry out from here again . The 3 stars is because the food always hits the spot but I'd over priced for the portion sizes.

Great service and food. Casual, simple room with tons of space for seating. saw a huge party of 10+ so they can accommodate large groups. Servers were fast and patient with our long orders. Also refilled waters and drinks consistently throughout the stay!Sushi was pretty fresh for ayce! Appreciate that you can order sashimi for dinner, along with other non sushi items like rice, etc. lots of cool appetizer too! Salmon tartar is really good, spicy endamame too. Fried ice cream is my favorite dessert!! Would give it a try!! They also have babana tempura too! Depending on when you go, you may have to wait a good amount of time, esp for lunch hours on the weekend

Definitely didn't expect the sushi to be as good as it was but was I wrong... Sushi was AMAZING!!!Everything I had was fresh and flavorful. The service was exceptionally great and liked sitting at the bar and enjoy my cold beer and sushi.The Hungry Hardhat has placed Ohayo Sushi on his 5 Star Platinum List of places you must try if you are looking for quality sushi and impeccable service.So let it be written... SUPERB!!!! The only word I would use to describe the AYCE sushi lunch and the customer service of Brie (it was only her 2nd day on the job). The clear soup, gyoza, rolls ordered all delicious. The gyoza and fried rolls were not soaked in grease. I just love this place!!!! The only thing I didn't care for was the sweet tea, but I'm a Georgia girl and I'm used to southern sweet tea.

Solid ayce sushi place! The fish is very rich, and there ayce menu has a large selection of sashsimi, nigiri, rolls, desserts, appetizers, and other food items like hibachi! The service is really great! There are workers who pick up empty plates throughout the experience to de clutter the table so you can order more. The servers are also very friendly and organized, especially when we asked for multiple large individual orders!!There was not a wait time on Friday around 5pm, but if you go Saturday for lunch, expect to wait long, especially for large parties. I once had to wait an hour for 4 people on Saturday afternoon. The place itself has great seating with good lighting, and they had holiday decor too! The music wasn't too loud and everyone could be heard at a large table.

I'll just say it once - all you can eat!Okay, it's scary. Sushi doesn't seem like something that could possibly be good as 'all you can eat', but I shouldn't have worried.I focused on sashimi dinners and sashimi appetizers. That's how I (don't) roll. Get it? Anyway, I was impressed! I had not one complaint about the food. It was very good. Turnaround time could have been better, but I get it. Each item takes time to prepare, as I don't believe everything is sitting in the back ready to serve. Orders can be too diverse for that model to work well.I felt that items I ordered were prepared when ordered and everything was good. I could have stayed for hours! I do apologize. I had several courses and I'm not sure what was what. But trust me, as a person who absolutely loves sashimi, I was impressed. Any place that does sashimi well is doing things right.And dessert! Well, the deliciousness continued through this final course. We'll be back to Texas in May and I want to go here again!Oh, the only reason I didn't give five stars is well... while it's really, really good, it's not extraordinary.
