Marzano

Celebrated Valentine's Day at Marzano this year. Staff are very friendly, provided nice wine recommendations. We ordered the grilled ribeye steak fries and the seafood pasta. My husband said the ribeye was not as tender but seasoned well. The pasta in my opinion needs a creamy sauce. We sat outside by a heater and if that's not enough to keep you warm they have blankets! Over all a nice experience. Will return for the pizza!

Amazing Italian restaurant in Park BLVD Oakland. The chicken was perfectly balanced red sauce spicy traditional Italian. The Cod appetizer was small but delicious and the Marzano Chapped Salad was a pleasant surprise a blended salad with Chic pea, salami, broccoli, carrots, romaine, radish, egg, snap pea and pumpkin seeds. Had a great server. The overall experience was fantastic.

This is a nice spot for a casual dinner! Service was great and the restaurant is quite cozy. Food was pretty good, it's not anything mind blowing but it was yummy. We had the funghi pizza which was decent. I love mushrooms on pizza but this one was really strong. I'd maybe try a different one next time but this one was still good! The baked rigatoni bolognese was amazing--I loved the crunchy bites and the sauce was delicious. I would definitely get that again.

My daughter and I have been eating at Marzano for quite a few years now. She frequently orders the "kids" pepperoni pizza, which can definitely feed two. I love the polenta and arugula salad, which is always dressed perfectly. I've eaten other items from the menu, and they were also delicious.The wine menu has something for everyone. The seating is nice. There is an outdoor space as well. The wait staff is always nice and knowledgeable.The only thing that stops me from spending more of my paycheck here is that it's not always easy to find a parking space.

Loved this place! Beautiful interior, excellent service, delicious food, quality wine, and fair prices. We ordered the meatball appetizer, polenta, chicken and potato pizza and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and freshness of the dough. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

The place was decent. We also got an appetizer salad to share and a margarita pizza. The salad was ok. There are not many choices, so that's why we chose the salad The pizza was good, not great The best thing was the spicy chicken meal I ordered. It wasn't blowing me away, good, but it was good. Alittle hard to eat because it was chicken on the bone in like an almost soup. So handling the chicken was messy and hot to touch. The veggie pasta meal my mom got . She said it had uncooked peas in it she didn't like. I'm not sure if that's on purpose or a mistake. Either way, she didn't care for it. Overall, it's probably mostly a place people go for drinks and a little food while they drink.

Lost my appetite after seeing all of the cooks touching their phones then touching the food with their bare hands, without washing their hands. Multiple times. GROSS. Service was also bad.

Best place in town! Date night, family dinners, or just a place to meetup! The food and service is great!

Cooked to perfection with a lot of flavor and would order againArtichoke pizza - surprised me. I'm not a huge artichoke lover but ordered per my friends request. Was one of my favorite pizzas.Panna cotta - I was so full and had no business ordering this but gobbled my way through it because it was so delicious Our server Hannah was amazing! Funny, sweet and attentive. However, the man bussing our table came every 10 mins asking if we were done with plates that still had food on them. It made us feel rushed. Also, we were seated next to a table full of loud children under the age of 10 which made the experience a little overwhelming. Wish they had their own area away from the other adult guests.

New to the neighborhood and decided to pick up a margherita pizza after checking the reviews. Unfortunately, we were met with disappointment. The pizza was cold, under cooked and the cheese was thick / rubbery. Never again
