Jax White Mule Diner & Lounge

Came in for some breakfast. They Sat us in the lounge area since there wasn't anymore seating in the restaurant side. I felt like they forgot about us because we waited for menus for quite some time. Once we got our menus, it looked like they were talking to each other to see who would help us, which took another several minutes to get our order in. When the server did come, she was very nice and pleasant. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken tasted amazing. I really enjoyed it along with the waffle. The kids loved their waffles and pancakes. Overall, once we got our food, the server and helpers were great.

Went here New Years 2025 for a late lunch. Servers were attentive and menu had a good mix of cocktails and core foods. We ordered a Cali benedict and a steak egg sandwich. We also had the Kentucky Bourbon and Fresh n Clean.The portions were decent size and the fries really crisp and flavored. Drinks had an aftertaste I couldnt put my finger on, similar to an spritzy alcohol aperol and buds did not prefer. Drinks were made strong and would recommend this place as all were presented well and food was tasty.

The bootlegger's fried chicken house, gravy, eggs, and toast was to die, for everything was cooked to perfection. The toast was toasted just right, not too much just enough and then we move on to dessert, the beignets with a caramel dipping sauce. It was a brunch gangsta's paradise. 5 1/2 stars it's the perfect time of year to go because it's very few people here there as in summer. There's usually a line out the door with a 30 minute wait

We were very happy to stumbled upon Jax White Mule! The food was yummy and the service was pleasant and friendly! The grits was the best we ever had, the consistency, the cheese is not overwhelming, and the shrimp was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The steak and eggs were excellent but over shadowed by the grits! LOL. The Irish coffee was the perfect beverage on this beautiful Napa morning!

I'm a local here in the Napa Valley, I've been eating at Jax from the first day they opened. I've never had an issue or a problem. Today was the worst service and food with deception I've ever experienced here. If the owner and management wants get a hold of me, they can private message me so I can explain. There's a lot of training that needs to be addressed. I will never eat brunch or lunch there again, if I do come back, it'll only be for the happy hour. The folks in the evening time are great. The Customer Service was unacceptable to say the least. So everybody knows be aware of the up charges on their menu. We had no idea, because it's a new update, we were charged for the choices of bread with our meal. They gave biscuits as a choice and we were charged $4 each. No manager present.

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely Sunday brunch yesterday before heading over to Bottlerock and we are sure glad we did!! The food was solid, yummy and reasonably priced for Napa and on a busy weekend. My friend and I needed to base up for the day so brunching before a full day of fun and music was definitely in our plans, we are responsible! Ha! Anyhow, we shared a breakfast burrito and the Bottlerock tots, both delicious and filling. Besides food, we got the party starts with a carafe of champagne with sides of juices; mango and guava! They provided plenty ofMimosa juice options. Service was also stellar. Our server was prompt, friendly, and even took some pics for us!! You can't ask for more, really!!

We had a *stellar* brunch at Jax while vising our friends in Napa recently! Cue SNL's Stefon breathy enthusiasm...this place has (everything).Hubby had a breakfast burrito and a bomb bacon Bloody. I had Chilaquiles with chorizo, and our friends ordered a pair-o-bennies - The Jax Benny with chipotle hollandaise (just say that again, out loud this time...chipotle hollandaise!) and a veggie heavy Cali Benny for our ehem, healthiest of dining companions. Not to worry, tho, we threw in some beignets to round that out! And cocktails, natch, becasue no one likes a quitter.The tots that come with the breakfast bennies are absolute CRACK. Not sure what pixie magic goes into these delectable 'lil crunchy bites of heaven, but I'm pretty sure it's crack. In fact, my new motto is: I heart crack tots.Oh, and as if crack isn't enough to have you fiending for more Jax brunch, the beignets come with a warm caramel sauce. You guys. Freshly fried pillows of dough with freakin' caramel sauce, OK?!?!? Oh, and they have a full bar and a WALL OF WHISKEY.Just go. Take people you like. Eat Brunch. Conquer your day.

While walking around downtown Napa, I stopped here for lunch. I wanted something light so I had the Avocado toast without the egg and a side of tots. I need some sort of sauce but overall it was a nice meal. Liked the avocado and arugula salad on top. Loved the tots. Would have like a drink refill but was never asked if I wanted another one.

The service is ambiance were exceptional. Music playing people talking, just a really good environment! The food was absolutely fantastic. We had the avocado toast with bacon and the crab cake Benedict. Absolutely delicious!
