Went there to celebrate my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. They have nice seating area outdoors but we chose to sit inside which was awesome too . The food was really delicious. We ordered lamb chops , Jacks burger, kids hamburgers and kids chicken tenders . Loved all of them . The service was good . Our server helped us by suggesting their populars . It's conveniently located in the same complex as the Westgate mall, so you can do some shopping and then walk to the restaurant and have some yummy food .Absolutely recommended

Walking up to Jack's for lunch, I couldn't help but admire the vibe--this place knows how to catch your eye! The sleek design and inviting outdoor seating were calling my name. Stepping inside, I was greeted with a classy, spotless interior that immediately set the tone. I barely had time to take it all in before being promptly seated in the bar area.And wow, what a bar--elegant, with big, beautiful screens hovering like trophies overhead. My lunch order? A half-pound of all-natural beef perfection, nestled on a toasted sesame brioche bun, with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and red onion. At first glance, I thought, "Huh, this burger's a little small," but then I noticed how satisfyingly thick it was. Bonus points for putting the lettuce and tomato on the side (I like to DIY my burger toppings).Now let me tell you about that first bite. OH. MY. GOD. A flavor explosion of perfectly cooked medium-rare beef and that glorious, smoky charbroil goodness. Seriously, it's like the charbroil gods blessed this burger. It's been a long time since I've had one this good.The fries? Solid natural-cut classics--good enough to keep eating, but let's be real, the burger was the star of this show. Jack's, you've officially made my lunchtime legendary.

The Great Gal dropped into Jacks while out shopping. We wanted to share a dish of calamari, but it wasn't available. We settled on splitting a very busy and well topped wedge salad. She enjoyed a Hendrik's G&T and I enjoyed a Bourbon mule.Drinks and nosh very politely and capably served by Celine whose winning smile made for a nice afternoon lunch experience.

Had a chance to try Jack's and this was absolutely awesome! This is located in the Westgate Mall and if you are looking for American food, this place is actually really good. There are burgers, pasta, chicken and fish dishes. The portions are plentiful and the food itself is very solid. This place was pretty popular on a Thursday night so we had to sit for around 10 minutes before we got our table.I ended up trying:* Blackend catfish with mashed potatoes & veggies- this was delicious and the tartar sauce with the catfish was yummy. The fish was flakey and flavorful and the veggies were refreshing. I enjoyed the entire combination, and appreciate the portion size - I was able to bring back half for my husband so he could try as well!Overall, this was a solid spot and would go back to!

Finally a Jack's has opened up in the South Bay so I don't have to drive to Newark or San Mateo anymore! I love coming here for brunch and ordering The Hangover when I'm hung over! It's like a makeshift mashup of classic breakfast items furiously drenched in their hearty homemade angus beef chili. Crispy hash browns and two eggs (I got mine sunny-side up) get this naughty ANGUS chili-smothering treatment. The chili itself harmoniously blends together classic notes of cumin and paprika embodied by savory chunks of angus cow meat and fat kidney beans. The consistency strikes the perfect thickness. The chopped fresh jalapeños, pico de gallo, and green onions add the welcome acidity and freshness to counter the heartiness of the chili. The divine combination of all the ingredients made me softly moan in brunch pleasure on the first bite! The bread (I got rye) is also nicely toasted with warm melted butter applied. The interior is very clean and inviting -- it has a modern-infused rustic diner kind of vibe going, with bright lights for a well-illuminated and lively dining experience. Overall, would definitely recommend Jack's for a delicious brunch if you're craving some chili!
