"Excellent food & servers welcoming and efficient! Delicious breakfasts, (Omelets, Pancakes, Waffles,) Lunches, (French Dip, Burgers, Salads, Soups,) and Dinners (each day of the week they have different specials), my favorite - Thursday night Corn beef & Cabbage dinner--includes: Salad or soup, corn beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots & dessert!"
"It's a stable in the community. I've been here a handful of times. It's a cafeteria style, so line up and order and pay at the end of them plating your food. Huge space. Great for big parties - make reservations. Great bar too. Saturdays are known for their prime rib meal which is about $26. Come early - for lunch or afternoon because by dinner time you risk of it being by sold out. I love their corned beef dinner meal. It comes with mashed potatoes, dinner roll and a side and it's $19. You can mix meats if it's the price, which was nice since I got to try pastrami too! Prepare for food coma, cause this place is quite filling. The service is good. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar makes a good hot toddy!"

"Wow!! Soo good!! What a cute location, great food, great service! The food was fantastic - the beignets were a delight and the spinach, mushroom, bacon and cheese omelette was maybe the best omelette I've ever had. The breakfast potatoes were cooked just right as well!My only critique is that the black coffee tasted a little burnt but otherwise the experience here was superb!"
"I've been looking for some good hot cakes. Welp I found them. When I arrived to the restaurant I was greeted with a smile and I received my order promptly. Usually breakfast spots give you one bite of eggs. Not MoMo's the portions are on point, AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!!!"
"Fly Bar had a decent food selection in addition to drinks and cocktails. They had a lot of outdoor seating too that was dog friendly. There were a a couple options for pizza and I loved the veggie one, and it was pretty affordable for the portion size. We also ordered wings and a salad which I thought were ok. Overall thought this was a nice bar with good outdoor seating and food!"
"Our first time here. Such great food, great hospitality, and excellent service! Not as crowded or rushed as some of the other breakfast places in Fremont (where it feels like they're just trying to cram as many people in a space as they can). We didn't feel rushed to want to finish and leave. Our server was so friendly and helpful. The place feels like a friendly family run establishment. We can't wait to come back!"
"This is a great place for breakfast and sandwiches. We often go for weekend brunch, which can become a bit of a wait if you get a late start. Getting there before noon is usually not an issue. Their back patio is lovely, when it is open.My partner loves the oatmeal waffle and oatmeal pancake with fresh house-made blueberry sauce, which is usually his go-to. Their vegetarian benedicts are terrific with great flavor combinations and well cooked eggs. Lately, I have been a huge fan of the turkey pesto melt, which has house-roasted delicious turkey.Service is a little thin, post-pandemic, but they are making it work juggling the online orders and full tables of customers. As always, the servers are pleasant."
"Walking up to Jack's for lunch, I couldn't help but admire the vibe--this place knows how to catch your eye! The sleek design and inviting outdoor seating were calling my name. Stepping inside, I was greeted with a classy, spotless interior that immediately set the tone. I barely had time to take it all in before being promptly seated in the bar area. And wow, what a bar--elegant, with big, beautiful screens hovering like trophies overhead. My lunch order? A half-pound of all-natural beef perfection, nestled on a toasted sesame brioche bun, with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and red onion. At first glance, I thought, "Huh, this burger's a little small," but then I noticed how satisfyingly thick it was. Bonus points for putting the lettuce and tomato on the side (I like to DIY my burger toppings). Now let me tell you about that first bite. OH. MY. GOD. A flavor explosion of perfectly cooked medium-rare beef and that glorious, smoky charbroil goodness. Seriously, it's like the charbroil gods blessed this burger. It's been a long time since I've had one this good. The fries? Solid natural-cut classics--good enough to keep eating, but let's be real, the burger was the star of this show. Jack's, you've officially made my lunchtime legendary."
"I introduced my friends to Rosy's when they wanted to take me out for my birthday. I tried the Chile Verde Omelet with extra crispy hash browns and English muffins and it was great. One of my friends ordered the Chicken Fajita Omelet with the same sides and she told Jaimie, our waitress, and owner's daughter, that it was one of her best breakfasts. Another friend enjoyed her Strawberry/Banana smoothie and another enjoyed her Huevos la Mexicana, though she wished she ordered the hashbrowns instead of "home fries" since they were kind of plain. I enjoy potatoes like that if they add onion and green peppers. We enjoyed our coffees with refills. The prices have gone up but so have all the other restaurants and this in comparison seems reasonable."
"Decided to try a new breakfast spot and found Amy's Grill on Yelp. It's in the same shopping center as Fitness 19, Sonic, and Grocery Outlet. There's plenty of parking available since it's in a big shopping center. They have about 5-7 tables outside in their patio and about 6-8 tables inside the small restaurant. I went on a Saturday morning around 10 am and was greeted and seated instantly. I got the Veggie Omelette with Cheese which comes with bell peppers, onions, spinach, and mushrooms. It comes with hash browns or hot fries which are like country potatoes and toast. I got the hash browns and after tasting the hot fries I wish I would've ordered those as they had lemon pepper seasoning and were really crispy. The omelette plate was a perfect serving for myself, but compared to other restaurants it was smaller so if you are super hungry it might not be enough. I did wish they had hot sauce besides tapatío that paired with the omelette to give it a bit more taste. My sister-in-law liked her strawberry banana waffle which looked delicious. The staff were really nice and attentive the entire time and the food arrived pretty fast. If you want a normal breakfast I would recommend Amy's. On a beautiful day it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. I will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend to friends and family's. Check them out!"
"We came here after a long afternoon at the playground. It was a little hard to see since it's sort of tucked into the back of the shopping center. We put our names down and waited 5-10 minutes and were seated, despite being pretty busy and full. Our waitress was super sweet, friendly and fast. She took our order quickly and our food and drinks came in no time. Her attentiveness was top tier. Food was hot and tasty. Even though this was a pub, it was family friendly and there were plenty of families with little ones. The pricing was so fair! We left satisfied and feeling like we really got a deal compared to other places we've been around Napa. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth it. We'll be back again and SOON!"
"Oh snap, this place is awesome!!¡First, don't order, ask Romeo what to get. He'll set you up after a few questions. I had all the stouts, they were spectacular, especially the girl scout cookie one.Fantastic experience, thank you!!"

My husband found out about this place online and we wished we had come earlier! From what it sounds like with my friends, this is a staple and gem of a restaurant in the community for years! We came during the Christmas season and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. It had a homey feeling with all the Christmas lights. Parking was pretty easy, plenty of parking spots that wrap around and the back of the restaurant. It's a cafeteria style dining establishment so they don't even expect tips. I really enjoyed seeing the food in front to choose and the line moved so quickly. I ordered the roast beef with the mac and cheese side. It came with a bread roll and butter and mashed potatoes with gravy. It was so delicious and I devoured it all. Seating is open and the employee told us to leave our tray with our dishes on the table.

Super cute little brunch spot in Alameda. Came in as a part of 4 around 10am on a Sunday and waited about 15 mins for a table. I ordered a lavender latte and the Monte Cristo. Outside of Disneyland I only know of one other place in the Bay Area that has the Monte Cristo so of course I needed to try it. It came with potatoes that were divine, seasoned incredibly well and piping hot. The sandwich was superb, the breading on it was light so it didn't seem too heavy which is mince but also you're able to eat the whole thing without feeling super full after. The lavender latte was also delicious and I have found it super hard to find a good lavender latte so that was a big bonus. Definitely a great option if you're in the area!

I had seen this place hosting Monday night Bingo and wanted to check it out.I wish the signage was a little more apparent, since I couldn't tell if I was in the right place or if they were even having Bingo. It's hosted by SFTrivia, and isn't the flashiest but a fun weeknight activity. They have multiple rounds and prizes including fun drinks and some giveaways. We got the Austin Mule and Act Right (sangria). I loved the mule and it had the perfect kick and was definitely strong enough. They have a selection of pizzas and appetizers. We didn't end up getting any of the food, but it also didn't look or smell all that appealing.I might come back for Bingo night, but not just for the food or drinks.

This is one of my neighborhood favorites for brunch. I love me a wholesome turn and burn breakfast spot. I worked in restaurants for many years and serving brunch is tough! The focus is on taking orders and getting the food out. There's no time to go above and beyond when you're busy. So if you're going out to be waited on hand and foot, this isn't the spot. That said, all of the servers are sooo sweet and lovely. The restaurant itself is pretty small and has diner vibes. There are a few tables outside also which is great. All of that said, the potatoes escapade keep me coming back! Goodness, if you like cheese and potato's, this is a game changer. They are literally home fries loaded with cheese, pesto, salsa, and sour cream with a fried egg on top. It's a delicious stand alone breakfast or easily shared if you want to try more options. I ordered a chicken apple sausage scramble and added tomatoes and it was also cheesy and delicious. It was only $1 to sub fruit and the fruit was so fresh and a nice variety. It had banana, strawberry and two types of ripe melon. They have an espresso bar with yummy drinks, they make smoothies and they offer bottomless mimosas!! Honestly, I'm a fan!

Went there to celebrate my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. They have nice seating area outdoors but we chose to sit inside which was awesome too . The food was really delicious. We ordered lamb chops , Jacks burger, kids hamburgers and kids chicken tenders . Loved all of them . The service was good . Our server helped us by suggesting their populars . It's conveniently located in the same complex as the Westgate mall, so you can do some shopping and then walk to the restaurant and have some yummy food .Absolutely recommended

"Gotta love this place! Even a decade later, the food and staff is amazing! The fresh made pastrami and baked potatoes are legit. Now they are serving comfort, homemade Indian food Weds - Sun. Go check them out!"
"Great food, service, and locally owned. I live their salads too. This place has been a staple in Napa for a very long time. I love. their burgers, fish and chips"
"Awesome place with great food and service the Avocado toast is great and everything else on the menu is good"
"I can't believe I haven't reviewed Barney's yet, after having eaten here at the Solano location, for years. The prices have gotten a little high, that's for sure, but it is a very solid burger place, and they have multiple other things, as well.I always loved the fried vegetable basket, but sometimes things would be a little soggy. Which comes with the territory, especially if you're taking food home. That said, I don't know if they changed their batter slightly, but the other day we got the vegetable basket, minus mushrooms, and also the fried pickles, and they were just slamming. Crispy as can be, and delicious.Their salads are great, and so are the milkshakes. My husband likes the Greek burger, and I like the one that comes with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and cheese. It is a delicious mess.Their steak fries are good, too, and this is coming from a person who is generally not crazy about fries.Interestingly, they have good falafel, too.You really can't go wrong here. The staff are really nice, too! It's a fun place to eat."
"This place is a gem Friendly staff, super niceOpen lateFood was outstanding Great atmosphere vibe Highly recommend"
"Seems family run and they treated me like they were glad I came.Very tasty burger with a clever name."
"Looking for a hidden gem spot to have one of the best Bloody Mary's in the East Bay by the water before heading to the Niner game? Look no further than Sardine Can. A whole-in-the-wall type of spot that's no frills, but gets the job done. We take a Niner bus to the games from the East Bay with a stop in Vallejo. Because the bus leaves so early, we are always on the hunt for an early spot we can have a pre-game and a solid breakfast. Sardine Can never disappoints. The Bloody Mary comes with crisp bacon, and everything I've ever ordered here is solid: buttery hash browns, fluffy pancakes, juicy sausage, hearty breakfast sandwiches, fresh eggs, and strong coffee. Love the servers, a real "when you're here, you're family" type joint. Won't break the bank before a big weekend outing, and just the spot to also breathe in a little bit of the Vallejo waterfront breeze. Already looking forward to the next Sunday Funday!"
"We always enjoy going to Fibbars, and even moreso today on their 30th birthday party. The menu was limited--wisely based on the crowd size--but there were still plenty of food options, including the Irish standards. We shared the shepherd's pie and, because we were concerned that the pie wouldn't be big enough for two, we ordered the corned beef fries starter. We needn't have worried. The pie was plenty big, but the fries were so good we ate those as well. Our friend had the fish and chips and pronounced it as good as always. The beer selection at Fibbars is always good with several options of many varieties including ipas, dale's, loggers, pilsner's, stouts, and sours and fruited beer. Not to mention ciders. Most of the beers stay the same, but they introduce new ones frequently enough to make it interesting. My wife had a Pliny, which she always enjoys and I had a Mango Cart wheat beer. It was delicious as always. Our friend had the nitro red stout, which was very tasty and something I might get next time we go.Last but not least, the service is always friendly and helpful."
"I have eaten at Emil Villa's in Hayward for 50+ years. For my money, there is no better breakfast than what I order when I eat there for breakfast.Black Coffee, Tall Orange Juice, a Glass of Water, 3 Eggs Over Easy, Hash Browns, Sourdough Toast, 4 Bacon, a Short Stack of Pancakes, Extra Butter, Tabasco Sauce, and an extra plate.Every single visit my breakfast is prepared the same. It is perfect. I know of no other places where Breakfast is always the same. In a word,-exceptional. The Ribs are exceptional as well. Just as consistent, but I go here for breakfast first thing in the morning. No one else in the Bay Area is better and none are as consistent. Service is attentive, prices are fair. This place is a treasure."
"Can't believe I've never been here. Beyond amazing to see a live show. Show up early, regular tap house with good food and a great bar. Outside patio, great staff, then walk into a great live venue with great acoustics.Big time fun with a small music venue vibe. Can't wait to go back"
"A couple pints and some finger foods ... all of it was pretty good. In particular, the mushroom empanadas were very tasty. The chicken wings were also good but they are basted in that thick, sticky, sweet sauce, so you gotta like that. Fried calamari was light and fluffy. Beers on tap of several varieties. Service was fast to start, but we ordered the calamari in the "second batch" and they took 20+ minutes. Not cool. But this has a real brew pub atmosphere and there are games on the tv's. Pretty cool hangout spot."
"Crogans is a solid go to. I've eaten there in person twice and quite a few times via Uber Eats. When in person the service was decent. I've eaten the following:Braised Short Rib: Tasty and tender but could have used more seasoningPotato Skins: DeliciousBlack bean nachos: Yummy - lots of high quality cheese and I add steak.Steak and salad: Super fresh and a good portion of steak. I would request the meat be done a bit more. I want to say it was medium rare. But I will order againWhen you order with uber they give you a free cookie. The price point is a bit high but all the ingredients are high qualityI like that the items come in containers that can be composted."
"I had been before, and had a pretty good breakfast. So, I decided to go back. We like supporting small local businesses when possible. Our experience probably was our last. The service was definitely better than the food, which was just ok. Everybody smiled and seemed friendly and helpful. The wait was short. When our food came, we weren't impressed. My omelette was flat. I'm used to them being fluffy and thicker. But, nonetheless, it was cooked as I ordered. The potatoes didn't have onions or bell peppers in them. My wife's breakfast and daughter's hamburger was similar .... Not bad. Just not wonderful and flavorful. The last thing was the price for the food. Without the tip, it was about $72 for 3 people. That's pricey for breakfast. I may go back by myself to give them another shot."
"Food was good! Bread was amazing! The place is small but was full. Service was great! The owner is lovely. Will come back to try other items. I had the cowboy sandwich. Turkey lettuce tomato and avocado no bacon."
"Great place to be and have a killer breakfast. Even if loco moco is not on the menu, they will make it for yours fast and friendly service indeed. I come often when I'm staying in the area. Environment is relax and tons of seating if you want to bring in a crowd. They also have a bar that is lively when football is in season. A must stop if you're in the area"
"We went here for a Thursday Night Football game. First, I was happy there were plenty of 49ers fans. That's enough for 2 stars out of the gate. LolIt's not a big sports bar. It seemed to be more a local spot - comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. It could use an update in the furniture and A/V equipment, but we had a good time nonetheless. The bar area was a little crowded, and it took a while to get our drinks. But, the bartenders and wait staff were friendly and patient. The wings were good. I only wish people cooked them longer. They weren't raw, but I like mine more well done and wasn't around when we ordered. My bad !!! This is definitely a spot I would recommend and return to. My next visit, though, would be a normal Friday or Saturday night. It, maybe a Sunday to see how they handle games then. Until next time ......"
"I loved how it looked! But I don't taste the Uber that much:) Would definitely come back to try the other items. Very homey place."
"Really love this place, wife and I came here to try the fried chicken sandwich. It was delicious, service was great, food was great, and the place was very clean."
"Old school diner family business it's a wonderful feeling. Food is amazing and cooked to perfection"
"Old school bar in a 100 yr old building at the beginning of the strip in Alameda with good food and fun munchies ! Also they have their own parking lot for Customers nice perk !"
"After passing by countless times, we finally got a chance to check out Project Burger. And we're glad we did!Ended up getting treated to burgers that we're so big that had to be cut with a knife. Chicken sandwiches have got a ton of meat as well, and everything is fresh to order.Definitely going to make this a regular spot!"
"I heard about this restaurant from a rave review on Nextdoor and decided to take a drive to San Pablo to check it out. I'm so glad a did. The food was so fresh, well prepared, and absolutley delicious! Nothing fancy about this place. It's located in a little strip mall, not far from I80, but the ambiance is nice enough and I enjoyed the jazz that was playing in the background. But the food is the real star here. I'm definitely going back!"
"YUM YUM YUM!!!!Garlic shrimp here is 10000000/10! I literally love the garlic shrimp here, it is so delicious that I crave it now.The macaroni they have is so delicious, I sub out one of the rice scoops for the macaroni.Such a solid meal to eat and I love it so much! The staff is very friendly and quick to turn a meal from being ordered to in the box ready to go. Plethora of parking in this parking lot and relatively close to the front door"
