Came here to try their pizza and the vibes were great! It gives an old school western back in the day feel which is hard to find these days. Rustic is probably the right word - but in a great way! The decor transports you do another region it seems. Prices are reasonable and great for kids with some old school arcade games. Tried their combo pizza, hawaiian, chicken and bell pepper and all were great! Dough very fluffy and soft, highly recommend! I definitely want to go back and try other flavors and apps! Parking also easy to find as it's located in a shopping plaza.

(1.5 out of 5)The food here isn't bad by any means, but everything else is terrible, called and paid over the phone. They said it would take 30-40 minutes, That all good. But when I got there they said another 20 minutes, again fine it's whatever. After the 20 minutes they said they don't even have the order and the whole kitchen is arguing. After another 10 minutes they come out with the last pizza for my 3 slice order. And it's a mess in a box. My fiancés grandpa comes in and they disrespect him after years and years of being a loyal constant customer. Won't be coming back here

Excellent pizza.Lousy service.I was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes after arriving for a pickup order. Okay, not a problem. 15 minutes later when I asked if my pizza was ready the cashier pulled it out of the cabinet. Because I was the only one in the place at the time I felt that I was ignored on purpose since they hadn't bothered to call me when the pizza came out of the oven.

Still as good as I remember! My husband and I used to come here all the time when we attended CSUEB. We happened to be in the area and decided to drive up here for old times sake. We were excited to see how absolutely nothing has changed not only with the decor but the food. A slice is still massive and honestly, enough for one person. Our only complaint was the slow the service for how slow the day was. I knocked it down a star for that cuz I remember they used to be fast back in the day. I would say if you're in a rush maybe call ahead to speed up the waiting period because it did take a while for us to finally get our food.

First impression is that they lack customer service skills. The associate did not acknowledge her line and picked up the phone without acknowledging guest in line. Called at 6:05 and was quoted a 45 minute timeframe for our pizza. They skimped on the sausage this time around and we only had 3 toppings so we definitely noticed. My last photo from my visit prior was loaded with sausage. They were not too busy for a Friday night. There is a lot of room for a group if you are coming for an evening meal or even a celebration. It is pretty loud in the restaurant.

Pizza, wings, and beer on tap. I hear mixed reviews - but have not had a problem. They get busy around 6:30 with a long line for the dinner rush, but if your food is good and consistent that's proof of it.

UPDATE: it's not very often the owner of a business takes the time out for a 30 minute conversation, but she did! Marlene, thank you for listening and taking the time to connect with me. I will take my kids back to get their pizza replaced, plus a 2nd one! Marlene you have what it takes to run a well loved franchise, hang in there the food service industry like many others is recovering from "after covid desocialization effects". So I have always loved this place, but it must have changed owners. So in January I placed a order over the phone. Hot there picked up my pizza and opened and it was burned, also they replaced it. Today 2/1/2025 I placed another phone order, and picked it up was in a hurry, no customers. The rain was bad so I put in car drove home 100 miles away. To only get home to find the pizza Un eatable. Burned so bad couldn't even salvage nothing good. Called the Mgr was very apologetic and gave me the owner phone number and name. Ms Marlene would not answer. So I left her a message hoping she would make this right. She did not return my call, and I will never order from this place ever again. This was terrible never was Bronco Billy like thus in the past. Shame on them
