I came here for a birthday party for a person I haven't seen over 10 years when I received my drink there was a fly in my drink then when I said something about it I was given a response of oh well. They not only try to charge me for a remake of the drink but they also were saying rude comments about the choice of mixed drink I chose which was rum and pineapple something like a Mai Tai. The bartender went to charge me for the remake and a beer but I explained I wanted only the beer because I didn't want another fly in my drink. I would not come here to drink any mixed drinks play it safe and only get bottled or tap drinks.

Solid local place for drinks and pool. The music was ridiculously loud--the bartender couldn't hear me yelling the drink order from 4 feet away. Clean and well kept.

Stopped in here after an event with friends. Eventually got a drink but bartender was rude. Took forever to get a drink but he was quick for payment. Got at us like we didn't have money or something. We paid took our shots and left.

I like this bag of people come residence we're not trying to get into anything stupid

Previously gave this spot a 5 star. Unfortunately I've had to drop it. This was once a drama free spot. Now things have changed. For some reason ownership thinks this place doesn't need any type of security or pat down at the door. I get it w Covid everyone is tight on $$. What they need or should understand is the regulars like myself. Won't come as often now. Drama has increased recently. All they need is a guy at the door on Fri and Saturday to chill things out. Like they used to be. I stopped coming regularly about a month ago because they're ignoring this.I'm from SF and have promoted there in the past. They're already losing business due to too much drama.If they continue to ignore safety maybe they should just sell the place to someone who cares more. If folks don't feel safe, they will stop coming. It's already to that point. Good luck in the future. This place isn't what it used to be and is getting worse.

Stopped in for a drink on a Sunday afternoon and stayed for a couple hours. Bartender and customers were so friendly and welcoming.

The bartender is RUDE AS FUCK!! This is my 2nd time coming out to this bar since there was a Male bartender... He walked away from me before i could finish my order. His attitude is if he doesn't have time, because there are other people. And his customer service skills just aren't there. You took on a job thats deals with large crowds to not have patience. Any other i have come here with a female bartender, they knew how to serve their customers. Maybe Chris needs more training.
