You'll, honestly, only need one visit to this fine establishment to know that they're doing something extremely right. From the fresh latte to the crazy "milk bread" or whatever that literal slice of heaven was called that I gulped down this past weekend, you will not leave that place without a smile or a full stomach. Apparently, they've got sandwiches as well which I didn't see when we stopped by so best assumption is that they make those from scratch.How could these guys get any better? Well, if you stop by and I don't say hey, it's probably because I have my face down in my sweet Venezuelan goodness!

The classic bacon roll was great and the Nutella roll with sugar took my breath away in a great way! I have an empanada for later that looks great-I also had a Latte there that was pleasing.Service was very good and staff helpful and pleasant.

I've been hearing about this coffee shop and today, we finally came. The pastries all looked amazing and they have great french bread. We ordered a smoothie, some empanadas and a tres leches. All delicious! Will definitely come back!

Having opened in late 2019, this bakery had to go through a lot, considering the effects of the pandemic changed everything a few months after. However, they still withstood the pandemic and is a popular Venezuelan bakery in Katy (aka Katyzuela). And from what I've tried, this bakery easily beats two other Venezuelan bakeries I've tried to date in Houston (the one in West Houston is more of a pastelería and lunch counter than a bakery and the other one in Katy in a grocery store just isn't good).You can get fresh pan canilla (long French baguette), pan campesino (country bread), bolillo (short baguette often used for Mexican/Vietnamese sandwiches).Aside from the breads, the typical Venezuelan snacking staples are also here such as their cachitos which is made of a tasty dough (like a brioche), which they have six kinds of stuffings to choose from. Traditional ham, traditional plain cheese and ham, cream cheese and ham, Gouda cheese and ham (recommended), and Turkey and cheese (also good), and plain cheese. They also have a similar looking one with guava and cheese.They also have sugary breads like pan Dulce piñita (highly recommended especially with coffee). I had one and it was addicting - had to order more. And they also have bomboloni (Italian donuts also popular in Venezuela) and they're huge here, with either crema pastelera (Bavarian cream) or Nutella inside. The golfeados (Venezuelan version of a cinnamon-roll that has, instead of cinnamon and glaze, anise and cheese) was also good here, even if it's a little thinner than what I would have liked it to be. They also make mini and regular sized pan de jamon (a classic Venezuelan rolled bread with ham, olives, bacon, raisin, etc) and they have mini lunches (a type of pastry typically ham and cheese, similar to pan de jamon). And yes, of course tequeños too, the venerable Venezuelan cheesesticks. The Colombian empanadas (the tiny-sized corn-based empanadas) are offered in beef and with cheese. The cheese one was a bit bland but the beef one was good. Again, the coffee is good here, having the cappuccino. They also make fresh squeezed orange juice.

I love this place!! First time here and I have to let you know, it's Fabulous!I ordered a Cappuccino with a beautifully delicious guava pastry...it's a flaky perfection in every bite y'all! The staff is really nice and it's a great "family, feels like home atmosphere". There is a lot of parking and a nice area outside to enjoy your cup of preferred brew.

The best pastry's in Katy no doubt! Their mil ojas is simply delicious super soft and crunchy I love! Customer service is also amazing!! Definitely coming back.

Bakery sells a wide range of bread, pastries, and other sweet goods. Definitely spoilt for choice. I had to walk to and fro a couple of times to take it all in. The bakery is cozy. There are plenty of seats for customers to enjoy their treats with coffee.This trip I purchased Milk Sweet Bread, Napoleon with Milk Caramel Topping, Napoleon with Sugar Topping, Bomboloni Nutella, Bomboloni with Milk Caramel, and Fruit Tart. The Milk Sweet Bread was soft and fluffy. The white coarse sugar at the top adds texture to the bread. The sugar made me take bite after bite. The Napoleon pastries were crisp, light, and flaky. The cream in between the sheets had the right creaminess and sweetness. The milk caramel topping wasn't overly sweet, and wasn't sticky. As for the sugar topping Napoleon, the powder sugar was abundant and didn't make the pastry overly sweet. The Bomboloni were filled nicely in the doughnuts. Filling to dough ratio was perfect. This treat would delight children and even adults. As for the fruit tarts, they were yummy but it would be better to have more fruits on them. All the sweet treats I bought were delicious. I would definitely go back to the bakery to try other pastries.

I was running errands and saw this little gem. YES PLEASE! I have to convince myself not to go back today!! And tomorrow. And the next day. And every day after that.Great bread, lovely Venezuelan baked horns (which put kolaches to shame, I said it, I mean it, fight me!).

Great service! and the dessert and food are always fresh. Highly recommend! I come to this places all the time with my mom!!
