This review isn't intended for the "cafe" experience but for the owner's disgusting behavior to their customers and thinking there are no repercussions... and pushing an MLM as a business front. Herbalife front, beware.

Absolutely love this place ! Great location and service was so helpful. The drink and food are definitely some of the best I've had in the area. If you looking for a great protein shake this is the spot. The atmosphere was very nice

The shop owner here sends harassing messages to customers via Facebook. I would share the screenshot, but the language the owner used would have to be censored. Let's just say she made a very rude remark about a customer's female anatomy. I'll take my shakes without a side of harassment, thanks.

This is an Herbalife shop no real fruit etc Just a warning bc it's the SECOND time this week I ended up at a wack fad diet smoothie place by this company

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! Love everything about it. From the vibe to the inspirational wall quotes to the amazing juices. Definitely a must try!!

Got a Cinnamon roll shake here recently when I heard about how crappy Raleigh Raw's owner was and I wanted to support a local business, especially one owned by a black woman. I remember it tasting weird and artificial, but thought nothing of it.This morning, I discovered that it was just one of Raleigh's many, many Herbalife fronts, which explains the synthetic taste and lack of freshness. Not only that, but the owner went out of her way to message someone who left a bad review (that was calling her out on the fact that she uses Herbalife) and responded to the reviewer's admittedly catty comment with something seriously vile.I feel Yelp will take down or hide this review if I post the image of what she said, but her name is Keekee Lennay and if you look up the Facebook group "Actually, no Karen, I'm not interested in your pyramid scheme, ok?" they have the comment posted. What she said was nasty and uncalled for and the fact that she shut down the Facebook page with reviews showing screenshots of the messages she sent is very telling.She owes people a sincere apology, should come clean about her products, and try to start a real business that isn't an MLM.

After driving around the plaza searching for Nourish, I tried a Mango Tango 24oz energy drink. Tasted GREAT. Little on the pricey side tho, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.

Sometimes it's hard to find a good smoothie place that is actually healthy. I was skeptical of this place at first because it tastes so good that my go-to thought is it can't actually be good for me. I get sensitive to added sugar. I can do the natural sugar but when it's loaded with added sugar, that's when I bail. I spent some time googling Herbalife after I went for the first time because I didn't quite understand. I wanted to know if it was actually good for me. Most of the info I found seemed more about the business model- the multi-level marketing kind of thing, and also about people trying to lose weight. I wasn't trying to lose weight, I just want to be healthy (so I don't have to try to lose weight).Anyway, long story short, I've found that I really like Nourish Raleigh. Lauren is so great in answering questions and is always in a good mood. It's like meeting a friend in the morning as she pours you a smoothie. I've since taken to buying the canisters of the formula 1 and the protein drink mix so I can make them at home. My husband and I both really love starting our day off with some exercise and a smoothie. We always buy the vanilla flavored mixes and add our own fruit, or peanut or almond butter. It tastes so good, it makes me feel like I start my day out right and it helps me make better food choices as the day goes along. I highly recommend!

Wowowow. I needed a quick smoothie for lunch and popped into the first place to show up in the area I was in. Thanking the google gods for leading me here for this delicious afternoon pick me up! The strawberry cheesecake is so good and with a little words of wisdom pick me up on the lid too, I'm hooked! I will certainly be back to try the mint chip

This is an Herbalife cafe. Herbalife is a pyramid/mlm product. Enuff said.
