Nothing Bundt Cakes

Purchase a white raspberry cake and added anniversary decoration to it. And what do I find in my decorations Hair! I'm totally disgusted!

This location always has what I need when I walk in and I'm always helped and greeted right away. I usually order online to pick up, and have never had an issue. If you sign up for their emails, they offer some buy one get one deals. They have added lots of flavors too and always so yummy!

Cupcakes are delicious! Not as friendly as other locations. The manager seems nice but Jahmih (?) seems to hate retail and potentially life in general.

Very nice lady that worked today, when my kids and I walked in it was a very clean place. The display case had very beautiful bundts. They even have plates and stuff for parties and cards. I was so scared to eat a Bundt because growing up they were dry but boy was this delicious and the frosting with amazing. I shared it with my two kids.

Cakes are Always so delicious. The mini Bundt cake assortment is always a birthday must instead of cupcakes. The red velvet with chocolate chips is AMAZING.

My second time visiting this location. The staff is friendly and the cakes are good. Just moved to the area, I haven't updated my profile. The person on staff was kind enough to update my information. I've only purchased the buntlets so far. This store is well stocked with all the flavors they offer, the counters are clean. All merchandise is nicely displayed.

This is a review for an online pick up order. The store itself was bright and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the way it looked. Ordering online was very easy and I did it the day before I wanted to pick up the cake.The pick up was fast and simple. I just provided my name and they brought it out to me. Service wasn't overly friendly or bad. It was so quick that I couldn't say I had bad service like other reviews mention. Cake was delicious. We received so many complements in how cute it was and how it tasted.If I am to buy from this location again, I would just order online. It's super easy and fast. Closed on Sundays, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Went to the store to purchase two mini cakes and the cashier named Noah gave me and my partner the worst customer service possible. This employee refused to give us utensils when there was a bucket labeled with them inside. Was not welcomed inside.

This location doesn't believe in customer service. I went in to pick up an online order and when I picked up what I ordered I realized I ordered the wrong bundlet flavor. I get its my mistake but I asked if I could switch it out and hadn't left the store or opened the package and was even willing to repack it myself. The cashier went to ask the manager and she said yes they could switch it out but I'd have to buy the bundlet cake I wanted to switch it out with, so basically the answer was no I couldn't switch it all I could do was buy another. I will not be back again and will stick to other bakeries in the Cypress area who are more accommodating of their customers.

It was truly an enjoyable 5 minutes for me as I bought a little bundtlet. So tasty. Also it smells amazing in there.
