Not Just Pizza

Just had one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. Not Just Pizza ain't no lie! I will be back!

Ordered delivery. Took a bite of my burger and realized that the bun was a really weird bright neon yellow color. I called the restaurant to ask what it was, (turmeric, food coloring, etc.) but was told they didn't know, nor were the ingredients on the bag. The woman I spoke with also let me know that they were really busy because it was dinner time! (As if they were too busy to address my question..) I knew that it was dinner time because I ordered dinner, but now it's in the garbage 'cause it looks nasty and I don't trust a restaurant that has no idea what they are serving, nor the time to find out.

Very good cheesesteak, may be best in that area. we got the Chicken pharm also. not their best effort on the chic pharm but they toasted the roll, which I love. 2 good biggish sandwiches for $17.80.

I ordered a fish cake platter. The fish cake and fries were so burnt I couldn't cut the fishcake with my fork. Had to get a sharp knifeIt was awful.

Roast beef came on white bread with no dressing or mayonnaise- totally dry. The caprese panini came on upside down bread- that makes sense if you look at the picture.

first ordered from here in 2020,when little c closed in my neihborhood,4 yrs later still a fan, never been disappointed (maybe I'm easy to please)practically the only place i order pizza from now, I order different things periodically from them. they usually call when they get here which is usually fast, I try to tip what i can at the time, I try to tip higher due to weather , when they are out of something or have a question some nice person from there will call and give me another option, one time they resent my order b/c it was never properly received by the machine, but they advised me an order was placedwhen i call ,which is rare, there is a nice lady(girl)who is very helpful ,this is informational only, I been getting a guy lately who appears to have a limp,i meet him at the bottom of the steps (he comes up on my cell as robert) anyway i hope they keep making it the way i like it as long as i can afford it smiley emoji

DO NOT ORDER SUB PAR, CLASSLESS SHAM OF A "RESTAURANT." I ordered from the restaurant through Grubhub (where I'm a plus member and pay a monthly fee to NOT pay a delivery chage) once or twice a week for months.I received an email after placing an order that an additional $4.50 delivery fee was applied to my order. I then contacted the restaurant and asked them why. The "owner" got an attitude with me, called me a JerkOff after I explained I placed the order through grub hub so I didn't have to pay a delivery fee, and then proceeded to hang up on me.I called back, asked if that's how he treats all his customers and asked for an examination. He said that his driver refused to deliver my food because the tip that I selected - which keep in mind is a voluntary discretionary amount not required for service, was not satisfactory to his driver and therefore he refused to deliver the food unless the owner charged me more.When the food arrived - it was cold, tasteless, bland, and the chicken was tough and stringy and basically inedible.Last I checked - tips are optional/recommended, nor required for service.DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS "J*RKOFF"

Not Just Pizza is the Harold Carmichael of South Philly Pizza.Is it the first spot that comes to mind when you think of Philadelphia pizza? Probably wouldn't make the top 10 in terms of name recognition. Is it the best we've ever had? No. Is there anyone in history more dependable on Eagles Sunday? No. To say the menu is huge is an understatement. I have to scroll for 20 seconds to get past the breakfast items.Hands down, NJP is the most dependable and delicious pizza spot across the board when ordering a variety or looking at the full menu. It's the only place I can order wings, pizza, sandwiches, and apps from. Literally every other place has 2/4 of the Wings - Pizza - Sandwich - Appetizer Quadrefecta at best. They do all of them great here AND they deliver milkshakes! I live around the corner on Jackson Street, and order from this spot regularly since we moved in two years ago. I was just on Yelp looking for something new nearby, and I couldn't believe that they had such an abysmal rating that I was completely surprised by. I have personally never received anything but delicious, quick and dependable food from here.If you are reading this review, know that this place is WAYYYY better than its rating suggests on Yelp, and maybe the best all around pizza shop in the area. There has to be something fishy with these 1 star reviews flooding their page. We regularly order a variety, but the standouts are:+Honey Hot Boneless Wings+Antipasto Salad+Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak (best in the area)They always run a "Spend $50 earn $5 promo" on Grubhub we use often. Give this spot a try if you haven't yet. They are a go to for us.

I'm a fan. Pretty lucky this is my neighborhood spot because I'm picky about pizza and theirs hits the spot. They give you that garlic butter sauce you might recognize from that papa place. They've also got a huge menu, so everyone can find something they like if ordering for a group. And ice cream, they have ice cream!The guys who own the spot are super friendly and even when they're busy on game days, the staff is always nice. (You can tell who the owners are because their faces are on the pizza box... which would be completely cringe if they weren't so endearing.)

First I want to say that Sal is so kind and so helpful. The service was great. We ordered a pizza, quesadilla, cheesesteak hoagie, poppers, fries and funnel cake fries. A lot of our order was custom and it was all delivered exactly as ordered. Everything was delicious and I would 100% order from here again and refer them to friends and family.
