Nossa Omakase

Nossa is like no other! If you're looking for a sexy, fun and incredible sushi this is the place to go. Chef Sebastian is amazing and very interactive throughout the dining experience making it a friendly environment. Highly recommend Nossa it is hands-down, the best.

"This was the best quality fish at an Omakase in Miami," quoting my friend who dined with me and has visited a dozen other popular omakase restaurants in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. (I've been to far fewer) We went on a Thursday for the discounted nigiri experience. Not sure how much better it can get, but I'll be back on a weekend for the full menu. Service was impeccable. The bartender was amazing and took pride in making cocktails. The chef was social and it was a bit less than traditional- but more fun. He was very knowledgeable and shared stories about the fish and traditional preparations between each dish. I lost count of courses we had but I believe it was a couple more than what was promised. We chatted a bit with those around us as the seating promotes socializing a bit, but enough space where it doesn't feel like forced conversation. Presentation was entertaining, space was dark but the ambient lighting was spot on. I'll be back very, very soon. Thank you for the great experience!

Cannot recommend this place enough. This was the most AMAZING dining experience I've ever had. Ensure that you arrive hungry and you will not be disappointed. The owners were spectacular and extremely hospitable. Everything was perfect.

I went with a dear friend for his birthday at Nossa on Thursday and had an amazing time. The entire experience was definitely one to remember. The environment of the restaurant is dark and mysterious, edgy and luxurious, which elevated my anticipation of the meal to come. The complimentary glass of champagne was a nice welcome. When it was time to dine, all the guests for the evening were led down a low lit hallway to the dining room. When the frosted glass doors slid open, they revealed a beautiful chef's table situated in the center of the room. All the lighting, colors, and decoration point your eyes toward the chef as if he was on a stage. The restaurant is small, only a few seats around the table. This was nice because you get to know about your fellow guests. Everyone in attendance was so fun and personable. Now for the food. I will confess, I do not normally even like sushi or crave Asian food of this style. However, I loved every dish that was served to me. They hit all the senses - sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste. Other reviews have gone into detail about the various dishes and how good they are so I don't need to. I just want to echo those points and simply express gratitude to the chef for opening my horizons to enjoy these dishes I would not normally have. The showmanship is just right. The chef jokes with the guests and shows off his techniques but there is nothing kitschy or cliché about it. If anyone is concerned about that, let me allay your fears. There were three birthdays being celebrated that night, one of which was my friend's. The restaurant treated us all with a delicious coconut ice cream topped with caviar and finished with a cloud of gold dust. Seeing my friend light up from the gold dust finish made me so happy. Everyone who had a birthday walked away feeling extra special. Finally, a word about cocktails. The Japanese whiskey old fashioned was stunningly good. I had two of them. They source some very old and rare Japanese whiskeys to make their cocktails so they were certainly special. Would I recommend Nossa to others? Absolutely! They limit reservations to a max of two people so go with a close friend or loved one on a special occasion. It was be an experience you both remember and cherish.

WOW. This place really blew me away. It's more than just dinner, it's literally an entire experience. From picking up your envelope with the secret location and password to enter, from the bar area that was very speakeasy like where you wait to enter into the actual Omakase room- it was all super fun and a perfect date night. When they open the doors to the omakase dining room you're hit with a wave of beautiful aromas, the lighting is dim and romantic and the decor is beautiful. And of course the food... well, let's just say the quality and flavors deserve a standing ovation! The chef left us wanting for absolutely NOTHING. 10/10 would highly recommend and IF I am lucky enough, will be back in the near future- it was a real treat.

Where can I start...Well, let me start by saying that this is one of the most amazing restaurant I have ever been. The food, the show for every dish, the service, the drinks and the ambience was simply spectacular. Definitely 10 out 10 highly recommended and I can't wait to go back!!! Nossa Omakase is a stunning restaurant with a cuisine and vibe to match! We celebrated my husband's birthday and loved the prohibition speak easy vibe as we came in. The bar area was super cute and sexy, and then you are brought into the main dining Omakase bar, which is beautiful! All the dishes prepared had an amazing flare, and the chef goes above and beyond on the presentation. I mean, you really just have to be there to see it. It is on the higher end of price ranges but with the ingredients used, the show and everything, you really get what you pay for. Do not miss out on this!!!!

One of the best Omakase experiences I've had. A truly amazing evening with delicious bites. Chef Sebastian was humorous and fun while explaining the food we ate. The pace was quick but not rushed. A must visit if you like experiencing Omakase.

It's definitely an experience, we had the pleasure of joining chef on a Tuesday for our date night. My wive is a huge fan of nigiri and we decided to try the nigiri menu.The range from saba to uni, aged tuna and other goodies. All the preparations were perfect no complaints there i could have used more edge on some dishes but the manu was tailored that night without edge on purpose for a guest of the chef. Ultimately its a recommended experience. Ps. Add a Moscow Mule style drink.

In disbelief how open minded I was and how happy I was with everything.Everyone is polite and the attention to their customers was unlike anything before. The FOOD ,,,, the,, FOOD is to fucking die for. I only thought about how am I going to wake up the next day and just be a basic eater again. His hands is touched by a higher power.
