I seriously cannot get over how amazing Norifish is! This hidden gem in Sandy Springs has left my partner and I absolutely speechless!! The sushi here is among the best I have ever had, with exceptional food quality, stunning presentation, and perfect flavor pairings. You can truly taste the freshness of the fish, which is shipped directly from Japan. The chefs craft each dish with meticulous care, delivering both visually appealing and incredibly delicious sushi--especially the outstanding omakase. The omakase experience offers fantastic value per person, with generous portions that are diverse and delightful. The ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, making it ideal for work dinners, date nights, anniversaries, and more!!

Had another incredible dinner here. Brought a friend who was also very impressed! I sat at a regular table this time, and I think sitting at the counter and watching the preparation is better, but I also had a lot to catch up on with my friend so the privacy was more appropriate. The drinks were delicious, the service was lovely. Will definitely be back!

Wow! I moved out of Sandy Springs 12 years ago and never dreamed an authentic high-end gastronomic Japanese sushi / cuisine experience like this would one day be here. Eating at Norifish is not only a meal but an experience. From the ambience, the waitstaff, the old fashion, the presentation, and, of course the explosion of flavors in your mouth, everything was top notch. Don't hesitate to make a reservation!

This place is amazing! Celebrated our 5 yr anniversary here and sat at the bar. The attention and service from the staff, manager and hostess were all exceptional! By far the best sushi in metro Atlanta for omakase.

My partner and I had an amazing time at NoriFish. The ambiance was spectacular and staff were so friendly! We ordered the Omakase 18 Item ($165), as well as the Lychee Garden Cocktail. Each plate was presented elegantly, and every single item we tasted was fresh and absolutely delicious. My favorites were the Sake, Harami, O-Toro, and A5 Wagyu nigiris, and the Amaebi Ceviche Tostada. We also received complimentary soup that was made from Madai fish, and it was hands down the best soup I've had in a while. The broth was clean, yet rich in flavor; I'm convinced it could cure any cold! I also enjoyed the Matcha Sundae, but it was surprisingly very petite.

First time trying omakase and Norifish was a great option to start with!! The restaurant is super snazzy and imo is a great place for a date night. The service was pretty good too and I think it was a decent price for how much food we got!We started with drinks and I really liked the lychee martini! The pacing of the courses was pretty good too, and I liked that they eased into the sushi with a lighter start and fattier cuts at the end. All of the sushi was so fresh and I dream of the tuna trio! The main three entree dishes were just alright, but I think if I had a whole meal of just sushi, I would have been super pleased. The courses ended with matcha ice cream that was soooo good, maybe even the best matcha ice cream I've ever had! I'd like to try some other omakase restaurants around Atlanta, but I think Norifish was a strong start!

Lovely, lovely food. Beautifully plated, each piece of nigiri displaying the individuality and beauty of the art of sushi. I was pleasantly surprised by each course and the complexity of flavor building on top of the other. I had specially requested to sub any tuna out for my partner, who is allergic to tuna. He enjoyed his dinner as much as mine (his pictures were not shown due to picture capacity), but his tuna toast was subbed out for scallops with some caviar and the tuna trio was subbed out for nice fish as well, but nothing outstanding. We received a hearty, warm broth brewed on the house derived from fish. Notably, the wagyu nigiri piece was a bit chewy, the lobster rice underwhelming, the ebi torta to die for. Overall, the food was beautifully presented, however, not well compensated when subbing out higher-end fish, leaving us wanting a bit more after the meal. Service was nice, the servers were incredibly attentive, but in terms of omakase, it was not as personal. I never spoke to the chefs, a hello and goodbye at most, and the server who was intended to introduce my courses couldn't explain what pieces I was being served for multiple courses. I was hoping for a more intimate experience that is usually offered with omakase, but it was lively in the restaurant. Moreover, I also expected it to be a more elevated place to have a nice dinner to celebrate my partner, but the dress code of the restaurant was a bit all over the place. The guy next to us wore basketball shorts and a running shirt and had nigiri at the bar with us, which again, felt like it fell short of an omakase experience.I probably wouldn't come here for the omakase "experience" again since I could get the intimate ambiance I desire elsewhere nor, but I would come again to try their sushi and nigiri.

I've been to this place twice now, and came away happy both times! First time was to try the omakase menu; and I would argue it's a great one. Not the most traditional sense, as you're getting the pieces a few at a time, but still grouped together with intention. There's also a little more razzle dazzle on the pieces as opposed to a purist nigiri selection. Just keep that in mind. But they make great use of the artistic liberty and flavor combinations because just about every piece was full of flavor! Great service, with a modern, hip vibe inside, maybe without any pretentiousness you'd expect to find at a similar looking place in Buckhead.

You HAVE to try Nori Fish. One warning though, they changed their menu so they no longer have their baby omakase offering (which was the big reason why I made a reservation there). But it was an amazing experience otherwise. I went with their 14 course omakase and it was sooo good. The fish was fresh, great rice to fish ratio, and the menu was curated so that you had sashimi, nigiri and then a tasting of their most popular apps. I ate everything so fast I only got a photo of their dessert which was a matcha ice cream Sunday. Our server John was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was really attentive without being obstructive of our experience. The ambiance was modern and cozy with bright lights by the bar and dimmer lights at tables. Parking is free with lots of spots in the deck, a short walk from the restaurant.

This is my first time having Omakase. The experience was great.Food overall is 4/5. Some of the pieces was amazing, but toward the end, the trio with beef and something in a bowl was not my cup of tea. I realized most of the dish has lemon/lime zest, which makes they all taste similar.Service was 5/5. Everyone is attentive and friendly. This place ambiance is kinda high end and fancy sushi restaurants. So perfect for date night but not really a place a big group if you drink and talk loudly.Price point was $180/person, with no drink
