Nori Sushi Bistro

Everything was perfect. The new location is much better than the old location. The food, as always, amazes me. The service was also very friendly. 5 stars!!

Service was almost excellent. Food was good. Ambiance was calm & lively. Employees seem happy, and that goes a long way with me.

A true 3 STAR. Okay service, but not outstanding. Super small portions, like tiny. Not worth the price. Definitely, drive the extra mile or two to go elsewhere. The only thing above average was the decor.

The sushi is always delicious and fresh! Our server was so kind to our table and very helpful as well. I'm very impressed by the new locations interior design it's very open and fresh. Love this place!!!!

We ordered pickup last night. I asked for 2 Texan hand rolls and to use seaweed instead of soy paper. She repeated the whole order back to me and it was correct, she included the sub. When I got home and opened everything, the hand rolls were made with soy paper instead of seaweed. We called the restaurant and spoke to Nick. He said that since they were about to close, they couldn't re-make them or refund me. He said I could just throw them away. I asked him several times if that was really his only response - he said they could give me a free seaweed salad. 2 hand rolls are about $20, a seaweed salad is less than $5. And I don't even like seaweed salad. I'm a regular and come in 2-3 times every month. They always make the rolls with seaweed when I ask. I felt it was fair to offer me a refund or to make them correctly at no cost the next time I come by, since it will be soon enough. Nick refused. It was one of the strangest (and worst) customer service experiences I've ever had. Picture on the left is with seaweed (correct), from a while back. Excellent neighborhood sushi place. They just moved to new location across the street. Highly recommended

We enjoy Nori every time we go to eat there. The staff is very attentive, the new location is very vice, and the sushi is always delicious. I like how new decor in the restaurant.

I have to say I love this place for a number of reasons one of which it's very close to my house. Two it's very economical. Three think the portions are fair and the food is very good quality. The reason I give it five stars is because I feel the whole experience is very EnjoyableFrom the Shaggy to the volcano, I've had almost everything and I really do enjoy it .Spicy is wonderful and the ambience of their new restaurant is great!!!

Much improved location and feel inside. The menu is also a bit better and sushi quality seems a bit improvedFriendly staff as always. But with so many great sushi places in Houston, and in the area, it's hard to say you want to come back here.

After many years going to this restaurant, they moved and their quality has gone down. Last episode, in an order to go, they did not send one order, I called and let them know and somebody called me back saying that They did, calling me a lier. Small portions, very expensive, and worst of all terrible customer services. I will not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
