My daughter and I had lunch here yesterday. The setting is very plain but clean. The service was good. The food was okay at best.We had:Xiao Long Bao Dumplings - 3.5/5. These are my daughter's favorite type of dumpling and was the best thing we had. The size was a bit bigger than others we've had. Pretty good flavor and very juicy.Fried Green Onion Pancake - 3/5. Not much flavor.Big Mac Tonkotsu Ramen - 2.5/5. I guess our bad for ordering a Japenese style ramen at a Chinese restaurant. The broth was too sweet and no depth of flavor (like you usually get with a good tonkotsu broth). Big portion but the noodles and all the toppings were just meh.Braised Beef Noodle Soup - 3/5. Was okay, just not much flavor to the broth.

I think they may be a little confused when it comes to their drinks. We got the pineapple coconut twist, but it looks and taste more like a coconut dragonfruit drink. The boba it comes with is perfectly chewy and sweetness is perfect. The mala noodles is a very subtle numbing. I was hoping for soemrhing more numbing. I had to add some more chili oil to get the spice. They don't skimp on the portion though, this could feed two.

I come here somewhat often, with both friends and family, and am always impressed! I've tried the Xiao long bao (my favorite dish from noodle master), the bbq bao (second favorite dish), the sweet and sour chicken, mabo tofu, Big Mac tonkotsu "ramen" (not traditional Japanese, but still tastes great), the beef noodle soup, and many more dishes over the course of my visits. All of their food is amazing, and in shareable portion sizes. The service is good, the waiters are always friendly and helpful when I have questions about new items. The prices are pretty good, especially for the amount of food you get in the entrees. The ambience is nice, and the restaurant is cozy, but large enough that you don't feel suffocated and can eat with large parties. Red circle is also right across the parking lot, which makes a good dessert lol.

We had a great meal at Noodle Master last night! We enjoyed a huge portion of General Tso's chicken, char siu bao, black garlic spicy tonkatsu ramen, and pork and cabbage dumplings (not pictured). Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was fast, and everyone was so lovely. All of the portions were quite large, and definitely reasonably priced. The decor and ambiance were very enjoyable. They had so many dishes that it was honestly hard to choose from, so we will have to come back soon to try everything else!

Food: 5/5Service:4/5Ambiance:5/5I'm so glad that I tried this place. It will definitely be a fave spot going forward!I ordered the black garlic spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it did not disappoint. I also requested it with a mild spice level and for someone that likes just a little bit of spice I found it to be the perfect amount to give a kick but not overpower the dish. The restaurant is very white and bright inside so if you are looking for a romantic date night this isn't it but it's a great place to get a family or group meal or have a low key delicious meal with a friend or date.Though I didn't order a tea or specialty drink I saw many others order them and they did look delicious.Another thing I should mention is that if you go during the busy time of the evening 6:30-830 prepare to wait a bit longer as the number of staff is small and they are busy running around doing a million things. Also, everything is made fresh with quality in house so food can take a bit longer. However, it was worth the wait.I'm looking forward to going back and I would absolutely recommend this place to friends!!

Okay, I've had both take out and dine in with the latter being more recent. Not sure where I've been but this place is amazing. The noodles are prepared in house, cooked perfectly. The wonton and house special soups are divine, portions generous, and very similar to what I had in China when I visited. The cucumbers could have used a little salt but still very good. Scallion pancake was flaky, warm, and I could have had a few more orders. I did think I was going to get a pot of tea but to be fair, they kept the cup full. Staff was very nice, restaurant clean. No music playing so it was eerily quiet

The staff was so sweet. We came in one rainy evening. It was 30 minutes before closing but they took us in. The food serving is huge where you can share for family style. Everything came out pretty fast! You fancy leave a google review to get a free appetizer that they have available. Love having the option of good Chinese food in pearland and not having to go to Chinatown!

I walked into this restaurant on a Friday evening and it was quite busy. They were short on staff so it took a while to get my orders in or a refill on water. Luckily, the food came out good. The orange chicken was freshly fried and the batter was crispy. I could definitely taste the orange flavor in the dish since it was very strong. The rice was alright: a little bit on the hard side. The steamed dumplings were okay, though. The filling had a bit sourness to it which I didn't find appealing unless that's how they usually make it. The dough wrapping you could tell it was handmade. I have no complaints about the scallion pancakes. I got the Xiaolongbao in the afternoon on a different visit. Unfortunately, those weren't too great. The dough wrapping seemed to have gotten hard and the filling was also sour. The quality of the dish was okay.
