I came here on a Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday dinner with some friends I could NOT have asked for a better place to have satisfied my birthday Dim Sum craving! Everything was so hot, fresh, and amazing quality! We ordered a bunch of things! (Some not pictured)-- House Special Roast Pork Bun-- Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage-- Chicken Soup Dumplings-- Shrimp Rice Rolls-- Shrimp Dumplings-- Shrimp Siu Mai-- Pork Siu Mai-- Rice Roll with Fried Dough-- House Special Pan-Fried Dumplings-- Curry & Beef Dumplings-- Fried Sesame Balls with Lotus Paste-- Steamed Phoenix BunsI didn't hold back in ordering my favorite things! There wasn't one dish that I didn't like. This is definitely a restaurant that's gonna be on my mind for a while -- I definitely now have to visit the NYC location!Thank you for having me, Nom Wah!

I took my boyfriend here for the first time, and he loved it. He appreciates that the menu has pictures of every dish. There are so many varieties of dim sum to choose from. Everything is wonderful and tasty, with big portions and reasonable prices. I like their sauce and hot chili oil a lot; they are sweet and a bit spicy. A must order is the pork bun and the original egg roll. So good. Inside is a bit dark, but cozy with varieties of teas and wines decor. The service is excellent, and the food comes out quickly. The lady there is very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back to try more from the dim sum menu.

Nom Wah is a great find for dim sum that's not located in the hustle and bustle of Chinatown, but a little outside of the area. There isn't ever a wait to sit inside, with plenty of room for groups of all sizes. The servers are very quick at Nom Wah, offering the menu to order off the large entree menu or to order dim sum. My little one constantly asks to come back here and gobbles up everything we order, including new food to try! We've had the shrimp dumplings, scallion pancakes, sesame balls, shrimp balls, taro cakes, shrimp rice wrapper, and so many more dumplings that were all delicious! The food comes out fast and hot and there are great portions for the prices-per-serving.

This visit here was originally one of just convenience....It was 2 blocks away from the hotel we stayed at.....I've been to the NY location many times....so I decided to give this Nom Wah a shot....I was not disappointed. It was a Late Monday morning so it was not crowded....The place looked clean and the staff was very friendly....Oh yeah and the food was better than expected. Being from NYC I never expect a really good Dim Sum spot outside Manhattan...( Okay....Maybe Toronto! ) But I really enjoys the Steamed Chive and Garlic Rolls and the Baos . I'll definitely hit this spot again in the future.

While it's not the traditional dimsum cart like the other dimsum restaurant around the area they do provide a hot and fresh option for their dimsum, it's more suitable for smaller group or family since the restaurant is smaller.

This place was near our hotel and was delicious. Everything was so good and there are a ton of vegetarian options. I wish I were local to eat here often.

Small little restaurant that was pretty empty when we went on Thursday afternoon. Food came out fast. Green tea was a little midScallion pancakes had great flavor and texture 8/10Shrimp rice wrapper was decent 7/10The pork bun was huge, not exactly the size of 4 little buns but still a considerable amount. 6/10Shrimp balls were fun. I'm used to the type with the little wonton flakes or whatever it is coming off of it but this had a soft exterior. Great amount of meat, good texture 9/10My gf wanted to come here just because of the sticky rice and it was decent 7/10. Kind of what you can expect from looking at the picture

Great dim sum place, staff friendly and nice. The fried noodles was a bit dry. The steamed phoenix buns, delicious and fresh the bun was great filling with bouncy texture of a fresh bao bun! Beef ho fun, delicious and perfect balance seasoning. The siu mai are about average. Definitely made to order dim sum, very fresh dishes. Soup dumplings was good. The house special roast pork bun is good, wish there was more filling.

The food was amazing. Granted we were the only ones there for a while, but the service was quick and easy, where they have you simply check off the items you want. My friend and I ordered a bit too much, but we could not stop eating.I would love to visit again, but the area at times can be difficult to find parking, but I believe the dim sum and dumplings are worth it. I have nothing to compare my dim sum experience to as this is the first time I tried them, but I've tried dishes all around the world, and that dim sum was delicious. I love the cozy, small restaurant feel and they deserve every star they receive.

No frills, good quality. The siu mai had dense meat without chunks, which I didn't prefer since I like the texture of rough chopped pork, though the flavor was good. The har gow had a good texture and was plump. The chive dumpling was well-seasoned with a nice crisp. The chow fun had good wok hei but not much meat. The service was friendly. I don't prefer it over a lot of the spots in SF Chinatown, but it's on par with other dim sum spots in Philly Chinatown.
