Noe Sushi Bar

Came here on a Sunday night with a group of friends and we have no notes. Noe did the damn thing! Lots of fusion sushi places miss the mark when combining two very different cuisines but Noe did not make this mistake. The flavors of each dish pair perfectly and leaves you wanting more. In addition to delicious food the service was impeccable, there were only two servers that night and our waiter was never unavailable. We will absolutely be back. Amazing drinks, great service, and even better food. Hopefully all future restaurants in somi can bring this level of dining. Ten ten tens across the board for Noe

Wow ! I was thrilled to see that this restaurant, which I first tried in Ecuador, opened up a location here. I couldn't wait to give it a shot! We sampled the pork tacos (a must-try), dumplings, and a couple of their signature rolls--the Fire Roll and Noburi. The Fire Roll was literally on fire--flambéed right at the table, which was a fun touch! For dessert, we ended with the Tarta Vasca. Every bite was fantastic, with rich flavors and quick service. I'm already planning my next visit to explore more of their menu.The place itself is beautiful, with a really nice ambiance that adds to the experience. The service was spot on--our server was incredibly kind and attentive. I also tried the passion fruit pisco, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend checking out this new spot.

I've been wondering about this place so I'm glad we were able to check it out as I didn't think we needed another sushi spot in the area - and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Our server/bartender, Greg, was amazing. He was very attentive and enthusiastic. We tried a crab appetizer thing that was delicious. The gin cocktails were great, too (& we're not gin drinkers.)The sashimi, particularly the salmon, was the freshest, most buttery salmon I think I've ever had.Greg even gave us a preview of the full menu they'll be unveiling soon and each item looked more mouthwatering than the last.Will definitely be back to try more non-sushi items soon!

We had the pleasure of dining at Noe Sushi Bar, which recently opened at the end of July in the location previously occupied by Mi'talia. This is the first US location of Noe Sushi, with all others being in Ecuador, and it certainly did not disappoint!From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The service was top-notch, with Mike, the GM providing attentive and knowledgeable suggestions. We took his advice and tried the Kanebi and Kani Seaweed Rolls--both had a unique flair with outstanding flavor profiles. The Hamachi and Maguro sushi were also incredibly fresh and flavorful.When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly quiet, but it quickly filled up. The atmosphere became lively, adding to the overall experience.Everything we tried was delicious, and we are excited to see Noe Sushi Bar become a new addition in South Miami.

Awesome Welcome and service by Ernesto. We had visited Ecuador twice and were delighted to now see Noe Sushi Bar in Miami, but what a surprise that Chef Noe was actually there!! The Passion Piscos were delicious. We delighted on; Truffled Dumplings, Crab Fire and Lobster Tail Rolls. The Noe Tataki is truly special. Blu Fin Toro and the Umi are delicacies and the Lamb Tacos were mouthwatering. At the end a Key Lime Pie was shared by all. Very open airy ambiance. We want a Noe Sushi Bar in Orlando!!

Great new sushi restaurant in South Miami. The miso soup was perfectly made, good size portion, and hot which was great. The Kanisu roll was fresh and had a sweet taste. Would recommend and will be back to try some more dishes.

This great addition to The popular Ecuadorian cuisine with a flair is simply Amazing ! We had a fantastic experience everything was outstanding, service, quality of food and attentive service. Must go !!

Tried out this new spot last Saturday and were impressed with our experience! Our host, Nick, seated us right away at our table which had comfortable seats and was spacious for our large group. Our server, Greg, was informative and quick with service. He answered all of our questions without any frustration, guided us on what to choose based on each of our preferences, and brought our drinks and appetizers out right away. The truffle butter sushi roll and tuna tartare were absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered did not disappoint. We even had a surprise visit from the chef himself. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

Amazing food and service . Considering the outside dining is next to intersection , the ambiance is still very relaxing and cozy . Good music and drinks . Perfect for date night

Amazing! I love this restaurant franchise in Ecuador and I was so excited to come and eat in their first Miami location. It did not disappoint!!!
