Cool little dive bar. It's one of our go-to chill spots. Usually doesn't get too crowded. The bartenders are cool. All I ever really order is Dos XX dressed, so I can't say much for the drinks. They do have karaoke on Fridays which can get a little noisy inside. I usually hangout outside, though. They've got a tv and several chairs, a couch, and a couple tables outside. There's a couple pool tables and some games inside too if you need something to do.

Come on , y'all! This is by far the best dive bar in all of Houston. Phenomenal bartenders, karaoke nights, different specials everyday. I have never been disappointed in the 20 years I've been coming here.

I went there on a Tuesday for karaoke. While on stage they took my beer it had half left. It wasn't like the place needed tables nearly all of them were empty. Pay $4.00 for a beer plus a $1 tip and then get only half, sucks. On the plus side I did NOT find Shelly the bartender bad at all as one review stated. In fact I found her to be one of nicest people in the place. She was right on top for service. edit: Another plus is ample parking, an outside area, game areas and pool table. There is a stage area for karaoke, the sound system is fair to good. This review has been adjusted for this reason. I would rate the DJ as fair too. It seems he has a limited song selection, with less popular versions of the song. People complain about the version and have to ask a lot for a different one. Tips are welcomed with a tip jar but, remember you tip for service after it's received. If the DJ doesn't get what you ask for does he/she deserve a tip for not doing the work?

This place is a hidden gem! Come and enjoy the best dive bar I've been to since moving here 2 years ago. JT (the bartender) super friendly and awesome customer service. Tap beer, bottle beer, liquor and fun times. Music is up to guests and pretty diverse! Can't wait for my next visit

The best Pub in OakForest Friday's and Tuesday's! Are my favorite , it's Karoke night with Drew ! The staff is friendly the environment is amazing makes you feel like family! SHELLY AND JT! Are my favorite bar tenders in Houston! Love this place !

Amazing place! Shelley and JT are a great team behind that bar! Dj Naru kills it every Friday for karaoke. Awesome atmosphere and fantastic ambiance.

This place is super divey. We had a friend playing here so that's why we came. Drink prices were decent. They only had one bartender who is very fast and efficient. You can play pool in the back.

An awesome neighborhood bar. Great beer selection with 5 on tap... Miller Lite, Killian's Red, Samuel Adams seasonal, Shiner Bock and, being a Texas bar, Lone Star. If you want a bottled/canned beer that they don't have, then tell the bartender. They will make sure it's on the next order. If you have a suggestion for a beer on tap, let them know about that as well and they will definitely give it a consideration... except for getting rid of Lone Star, of course. Karaoke every Friday and Saturday night generally brings the crowd in starting at about 10:00. They have a pool table, shuffleboard table and soon to have a few dart boards set up. Major remodeling is in the near future and I've heard whispers of a kitchen opening soon. Definitely a good place to come and it will only be getting better.Come in and have a drink! You won't be disappointed!

The bartenders are nice and super funny. They are very helpful when I can't decide on what I want. I wasn't sure about this place at first but I tried it and absolutely loved it. This is our new hang out spot! :)

ww were visiting my son in Houston and looking for a good karaoke spot because we go a lot in Dallas. after the third place we tried, we landed at NJs. GREAT place. wonderful karaoke, good cheap drinks and very friendly service and bartenders, wonderful karaoke and great singers and not much country and rap (aka crap). we will be back!
