So impressed with this new sushi spot! They not only have amazing sushi and service, but even had my favorite Sancerre wine!

This establishment is new to Pearland and is OUTSTANDING! We were greeted by a very polite staff and was promptly seated. As it being new and its first shift the staff was very attentive as well as ALL the management and chefs. The decor leads to a relaxing atmosphere for a date night, and having a full bar as well as trained bar tenders is a bonus! The menu is a work in progress to feel out the neighborhood , but the food we ordered was amazing from the fresh fishes to the flavorful rolls( go with the Nishki mikimono). The wait staff is new but have taste tested the menu so they will make recommendations if your a first timer, but if your a seasoned pro like us, it is extremely worth the money. We were told the head chef trained at NOBU , so if you know, you know! Enjoy the place as we did, and will definitely be repeating patrons!

Food is high quality. Real crab, not imitation. Stellar service, falling all over each other to serve you. Very friendly. Ask for Bryan.Try the seared salmon in special garlic, yuzu, and truffle oil. I ordered it twice! It tasted like wagyu beef and melted in my mouth just like it. Prices reasonable for such high quality and service. Owner trained with Iron Chef Morimoto.
