Yummy Yummy Hibachi

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering from this truck, but we wanted to mix it up. The portions were pretty HUGE for the combo, so I'd probably split one with my partner in the future. Food quality was delicious and the name of the truck is pretty accurate: YUMMY!

Best Plate I had. The Lobster with the sauce is a great combo. Really recommend this plates . This plate was delicious.

Got the Filet mignon plate with veggies and fried rice. It was okay. The steak was tender but lacked flavor. The fried rice ehhh I can make better. Food was edible but I wouldn't go back.

I tried to give it a chance and its a no for me ordered the combo plate with extra garlic butter medium well steak with shrimp Maybe someone who's never been to an actual hibachi grill would like it but Im good1 star for taste 5 stars for customer service Happy Yelping

Yummy Yummy Hibachi is a food truck that specializes in grilling steaks, seafood, chicken in butter, oil... offerings: entrees, steak + combos, burritos, sides.eats: new york steak & chicken combo (25): drink, fried rice, sauce, veggies-the portions received were good, no problem. quality not up to par.-n.y. steak ordered medium rare. got medium. steak chewy, semi-tender, not so juicy.-chicken pieces mostly dry, not tender nor juicy-would avoid. -prep. time was told 20 minutes, came over 30 minutes later. -veggies was onions, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, -fried rice was plentiful, medium grain rice, tasted ok.-yummy sauce was creamy, had a spicy kick, *excess sodium aftertaste. 3.5 stars-food quality inconsistent, prep. time issues.

This is my third time at this place, although not picking up an order for myself at this time my son is. The food is delicious, well seasoned, not over salted. The food stays hot a long time in the tray they provide. Twenty minutes is the wait time for the food to be ready. The venue I.e. food truck, is an eye catcher. The truck looks new and well maintained. You can see inside and it is. Wry clean. The truck is at 73rd avenue below Bancroft right at Krause. You may have to double park when you get there or on the other side of the street.

I am absolutely obsessed with this place! The steak hibachi plate & the burrito are sooo good! Make sure you get extra garlic butter. It's so great! The workers are always pleasant & in good spirits. It's a bit expensive for a food truck but worth it

I've ordered the shrimp and steak combo twice now through uber eats and it was equally as good the second time as the first. The steak and shrimp are cooked to perfection (especially impressive since I get them after a uber eats delivery time) and the vegetables and sauce are soooo good. This will be my "treat myself" meal moving forward!

I ordered from DoorDash outside of the standard delivery area (I live in south Berkeley) and the food was delicious. Is it perfect? No. Hibachi tends to be salty and this is and of course the food wasn't piping hot because of the drive. But the portions were great, the quality of the meat and seafood were top notch, and my filet was cooked medium rare as requested. I was having a strong hankering for hibachi and this met my needs and then some. Because of mixed reviews, I decided to just get the chicken, shrimp, filet combo and I'm not sure I'd ever order differently in the future. Loved all 3!
